From the moment I saw the property on Rightmove , I contacted Mandy at chosen homes who was so professional and could tell straight away what a great company.
I arranged a viewing twice with Chris from chosen who was brilliant and couldn’t have been nicer and gave me all the time to look at the property . Very very professional and knowledgable of the property .
Then once I made the offer he was brilliant and negotiated perfectly with the vendor .
I felt really confident and looked after , it’s a great feeling that chosen homes ( Chris ) wanted both parties to be happy .
Completed in record time thanks to his help and very clear instructions .
I could not recommend him or chosen more highly . Follow up calls and communication during the purchase and completion were second to none .
Would sell or buy from them 100% again

We could not recommend Chosen enough … from day one Gemma gave us full confidence we sold within one week … our buyers then pulled out due to loosing their jobs !! I had never heard of Chosen Homes and chose them purely on the basis of no charges to me the vendor. Turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Nicki and Rob gave a very personal and knowledgeable service and always available.

Outstanding service from the initial telephone call exploring our options of selling our family home right to the day of completion and everything in between. We met Chris buying our current home and his modern, open & honest approach was a breath of fresh air after awful experiences from the old fashioned complacent usual suspects.
So when we had real difficulties selling a flat we were renting, due to useless estate agents only interested in easy to sell properties, post Truss interest rates increases & over risk averse mortgage providers reducing the possibility of finding buyers we approached Chris to take over.
He certainly had to work hard to get us over the line, but at no point did we feel he wouldn't make it happen for us.
Through great communications from him and the team, his easy and confident manner & natural concern for us and positive support renewed our faith in the business and experience of selling properties and our previous dislike of the profession from many bad past experiences.

I was recommended Chris by a friend who’d experienced superb service from him on a difficult sale. Chris and the Chosen Homes team certainly didn’t disappoint. The approach to marketing was brilliant and viewing was totally hassle free (for me!). After a buyer pulled out, which was very frustrating, the house was re-marketed with intense effort, and a new buyer found.

Finding a dependable estate agent is not easy, but I found the approach used by Chris and the team at Chosen to be brilliant. No hesitation in recommending them.

From the moment we met Chris and Rob we recognised that we would be working together with professionals who wanted to sell our house and move us on to the next stage in life’s plan. It was important to us that the Agents knew our area and because they lived there too they could also sell the lifestyle we have enjoyed.
The valuation was spot on and the photographer was very sensitive when he came and took fabulous real photos and video. It took around 4 weeks to agree a sale in a difficult market and all the viewings were accompanied so all we had to do was keep the place tidy.
Once the sale was agreed the whole team went in to action to make sure all interested parties knew what was happening. Charlotte kept the show on the road with the solicitors but Chris was definitely the linchpin he maintained regular contact and had the difficult conversations with our solicitor and us when we didn’t exchange as expected along with holding our hands and giving us accurate information keeping everything and everyone in our little chain calm.
On the day of completion Chris was on it again he was hovering in the background at the end of the phone very calm and professional he was the one who confirmed the exchange had happened and 2 hours later he was the person who confirmed the completion who within a few minutes came to the house to shake our hands and made himself ready to welcome in the new owners after we’d left. Chris we couldn’t have done any of this without you and the team we don’t have enough words of thanks for you all. There’s a WhatsApp group for the little local community we’ve just left and we’ve posted on there how grateful we are for your support in selling our house so fingers crossed you get some ongoing sales for the area.

I have recently purchased my house via Chosen. Thank you Lisa who offered her help throughout the sale process. She was responsive and addressed the concerns from us efficiently. There were various negotiation processes and she settled the issues well and professionally.

There was also a team to follow up on the sale process which really shortened the time of processing between seller's and buyer's solicitors. Overall, the completion was smooth and above the expectation.

We recently used Chosen Home to sell our property after sitting on it for years. We have had a bad experience with renting the property with an array of poor tenants, so decided that we wanted to sell the property. After going with Chosen, we found a buyer within weeks, but as it turned out, we were dealing with particularly difficult buyers who kept increasing their demands on the state and value of the property. Chosen Home were amazing and helped us to navigate this difficult process with constant support and encouraging updates.

One of the things that we really appreciated about Chosen Home was their personal touch. They created a Whatsapp group for our whole family so that we could all stay up-to-date on the progress of the sale. This was really helpful, as it meant that we didn't have to keep checking in/chasing them individually. Everyone in the Chosen team was a member of the group chat, so that there was accountability and transparency on progress.

We also really appreciated Chosen Home's help with negotiating with the buyers. Chris, our agent, had a great knowledge of the housing market and was able to give us some really helpful advice on how to price our house and how to deal with the buyers' demands.

Overall, we were really happy with the service that we received from Chosen Home. They were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and overall, just fantastic people to deal with. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell their house. Choose Chosen!

Above and beyond all expectations.
Negotiating skills and attention to detail made the whole process of selling our house a less stressful time than anticipated. The advice given to both of us was extremely valuable. The real difference from other agents we have used in the past was that Lisa was always available, working well beyond normal office hours putting her heart and soul into making our house sale go through as swiftly as possible. Buying and selling your own home is always an extremely complicated process. Choosing the right agent is essential. I needed an agent that would work hard on my behalf, be confident and knowledgeable, and most importantly represent me with my sale. Chris did all that for me, and then some. A genuinely nice, approachable guy. Happy to recommend him.
