Having sold and purchased for us, we can not recommend Chosen enough. Everyone worked tirelessly to get both sales through, providing advice and support throughout. A huge thank you to all at Chosen!

Chosen Homes will be the best choice you make for selling your home.

Lisa kept us up to date with all the viewings and sold our house within 2 months.

The WhatsApp group kept us all up to date and when I had any queries they were answered immediately.

Now where do I start with Gemma, we didn’t have the best solicitors but she fought tooth and nail for us to get it over the line, which meant her working late and even while you was supposed to be on holiday.

I can’t recommend them enough, thank you Chosen Homes xx

I recently bought a house which was on the market with Chosen. I can honestly say I have had such a positive experience from the start of this process to the end.

Victoria and Gemma C have been so supportive to me and I honestly cannot thank them both enough. They were always there to call if needed, and they kept me up to date at all times with the sale progression of the house I bought. They really care for their clients and want the best for them and provide a very personal touch compared to other estate agents. I really did feel like nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to ensure the sale went through as quickly as possible.

On completion day I was met by Chris who kindly handed over the keys for me- and also a lovely new home card was waiting for me, again a personal touch and there for you until the very end.

I am so happy with my new home and certainly won't be moving anytime soon!! However if I was to ever move again I will definitely choose Chosen over any other estate agent and I honestly do mean that.

Chosen Homes have been excellent throughout the process of us selling our house. Through what has been a prolonged process - no fault of Chosen - they have always been pro-active, attentive and responsive. When there were some major hiccoughs in the process, they helped to speedily resolve the situation, which allowed the delays to be minimised.

Their advertising and sales process made full use of technology which allowed our house to be advertised to its best which facilitated a speedy offer.

We have just completed on the sale of a property we had lived in for 33 years. Chosen were recommended by a friend when there were other larger estate agents operating in our area. We had 3 quotes and although not the highest, we selected Chosen as we thought it had the best chance of success and was the most realistic. From the beginning with Nicki and Gemma, they were excellent in arranging, carrying out viewings and putting together all our on line details, assisted by some amazing photos from their very professional photographer. We ended up with 1 buyer whom we stuck with for 7 months and it paid off. During that period our main contact was Victoria. She has been quite superb in terms of keeping us up to date and responding very promptly to all queries. We rarely do reviews but Chosen Homes exceeded our expectations and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.
