Chosen have been professional, enthusiastic and responsive at every step. We instructed them 4 days ago and they have already arranged and advertised stunning photosand beautiful videos leading to 2 viewings with immediate feedback.

Victoria was responsible for the progression of our house sale and also the purchase of our new house. She was an absolute godsend! She very often went above and beyond her duties to help out or to find out information to support us with our concerns. She was always calm, polite and very professional and frequently was required to reassure us as very stressful clients! An absolute asset to her employers. You will not be disappointed.

Despite not being our estate agent, we purchased through Chosen homes and they were excellent throughout the whole process. Swift communication and always on hand to help. Both Victoria and Nikki were amazing. Exceptional professionalism shown from start to finish.

We were dreading the process of selling and buying a new home after two very (unnecessarily) stressful moves but Chosen were superb and made the whole process so much easier, going above and beyond. Nicki's enthusiasm and expertise shone through from our very first meeting and unlike other estate agents she made herself available to answer any questions 7 days a week even after exchange. The photos and Matterport video tour were exceptional and couldn't be any more different to some of the poor phone camera photos we often saw online. And huge credit to Victoria who kept us updated throughout the whole process and doggedly chased solicitors on both sides to ensure there were no slippages and kept everyone abreast of developments. Victoria always responded to text messages and emails within a few hours (often minutes). The whole process was seamless and Chosen has truly disrupted the traditional bricks and mortar estate agent model. We would highly recommend them!

Chosen Homes were superb from start to finish. They handled our sale efficiently, totally communicative and always happy to talk through any queries. Both Nicky and Rob were a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Chosen 100%, they made the whole process seamless and worry-free.

We met Nicki by chance when we were viewing a potential property to buy and move. Nicki oozed professionalism and there and then we decided that we would like Chosen Home to act in the sale of our home. The whole team were so easy to deal with from the photographer, Rob, Hannah and of course Nicki. They did their due diligence on respective buyers for our home to ensure no ones time was wasted. They helped all through the process going well beyond their expected duties. Oh and finally - we had zero fees to pay for the sale of the house!

After unsuccessful experience with springbok...I would not ever recommend that agent.

Chosen were brilliant in helping me find a new home. Great service. Very knowledgeable and brilliant at communicating. Nicki in particular is excellent and so friendly.

We purchased through Chosen Home and met Nicki at the home we have purchased, for a viewing. Nicki was attentive, accommodating and extremely helpful and has been throughout. Communication was brilliant and given the chain involved Nicki has been excellent at trying to commandeer everything and keep us updated. This has all led to us being able to purchase our dream property. A fantastic company and team to deal with and I wish them all the best going forward! Keep it up guys!

I have received an absolutely amazing service from Nicki and Rob at Chosen Homes. Although sceptical at first about no fees for the seller, I was eventually won over by Rob's enthusiasm about how the Company work. Well one week on from being 'live' on Rightmove and our home is sold and we have achieved over the asking price as well. Nicki and Rob have been magnificent in dealing with all the appointments and viewings and, above all, keeping us informed of what progress was being made.
If you are planning on moving home in the future, definitely use Chosen Homes. You will not be disappointed.

I was somewhat skeptical when we first contacted Chosen, however I can honestly say we have been blown away by the service and professionalism of Rob and the Team. We had a somewhat demanding buyer who insisted on multiple surveys and reports and each time the Chosen Team arranged to attend and oversee on our behalf. I have dealt with lots of estate agents and these guys are a different class.

I have had wonderful service from Rob at Chosen. He has gone above and beyond to sell my home by always being there on the end of the phone to give me the benefit of his extensive experience.

Right from the start, Hannah was prompt, reliable, efficient, professional and friendly; I had my late father's property to sell long distance, and she made the whole process as pain free and simple as possible. She or her partner were always available to help or answer a question, and her advice was invaluable. As the cherry on the cake, as a seller, I paid no fees - so for me, ChosenHome was definitley the best choice. Outstanding service - thanks guys!

Thank you to the Chosen team for being attentive, professional and helpful during the sale of our property. Nothing was too much trouble. From advising on the sale process to the photography and the virtual tour, each element of the sale process has been first class.

What can l say, but soo happy with the service we got we Chosen Home. Very direct and to the point which was good for us as we didn't want a lot of back and fourth going on. The feedback what we got from them about selling the house was amazing as those changes helped us as well.

We sold our property in less than a week all thanks to the professionalism and expertise of chosen. We are glad we selected chosen after a really bad experience with another estate agent. And best of all we didn't have to pay a penny to sell our house.
