Excellent operative. Arrived on schedule (and telephoned a half hour in advance). Straight-forward professional behaviour. Pleasant to talk with. When necessary, explained clearly and concisely. All in all, an excellent service.
Less pleased about receiving the annual invoice six weeks before it was die, and then being hounded to pay even before the service took place -- via letters that arrived after the due date. You need to look at your billing system.
