Dreadful service. Engineer keeps coming - alarm still has faults and keeps going off - especially after he has been to 'fix' it . Keep getting G4 call out charges - which we will now try and pass on to Chubb

The service engineer arrived on time and was completed quickly. He has serviced my alarm system over a good few years which means I don't have to show him where things are and can get on with my own jobs.

An efficient and pleasant engineer's visit
The engineer called about 40 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He was pleasant, professional and efficient briefly going through what he would check although he had been a number of times previously. He appeared thorough and confirmed things like the expected battery life and then I signed the paperwork.
