The nurses at CityDoc are very professional
The nurses at CityDoc are very professional and made me feel very comfortable when taking my blood. The results also arrived 3 days later despite been told we could wait for up to a week. I highly recommend it.

The nurse who saw me was really helpful, professional and went above and beyond to help me understand different conditions and the risks and the injections were very smooth. Was very helpful to have my vaccinations all in one record as well, thanks for putting up with my terrible documentation. Will definitely use the service again!

I had an excellent experience with City Docs when preparing for my upcoming trip. The team was friendly, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable about travel medicine. They took the time to explain which vaccinations and precautions were needed for my destinations, and I felt reassured that I was getting the most up-to-date guidance.

The nurse was very rude considering this is a paid service
The nurse that i saw was just plain rude and was speaking to me like i was stupid, she failed to listen to my concerns, and i was so shocked by the nurses behaviour that i decided to go elsewhere. I refused to pay so much money at City Doc and be spoken to so rudely. So i was able to book another new place after i left city doc and the staff there were genuinely very kind and totally understood my concerns which made me feel a bit better after the horrible experience i had encountered with the nurse at City Doc.
I will emphasise this again if i am paying for a private service i expect to be spoken to with respect as it was not as if it was a free service.
This interaction with the nurse has meant i do not think i can deal with City Doc again.
