Ryan organised Mihi to come and measure up for a new unit which took minutes and then a week later came to look at a unit supplied years ago by a different company that had been broken.

Within two weeks we had both jobs done at a very reasonable price.

Mihi did the repair and another crew installed the new huge unit.

We bought secondary glazing for behind old crittall windows from City Sound in Spring last year. They make the old windows look very much smarter from both inside and out.
Our utility bill is 10-15% lower when accounting for changes in prices and warmer/colder winter, but above all the house is cosier.
We live in a quiet neighbourhood, but the effect on sound is clear.
The fitting was speedy and where changes were made there was no problem to do so. We had a problem with a broken rod one year later and it was fixed without any issue under the guarantee.

I couldnt been more thrilled with the secondary glazing!! The difference it has made to street noise - even cancelling out Ambulances sirens is amazing.
