We had secondary glazing fitted to the windows of our listed house. Service was exceptional and the carefully measured and constructed units are very effective in cutting down the noise from the busy road in front of our house. The three guys who fitted them were punctual, pleasant and polite going to great lengths to solve problems caused by our blinds and thick curtain poles (they built and painted spacer blocks). They worked tirelessly for five hours and left everything clean and tidied.

City Sound were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The surveyor was very knowledgeable and set out the options available. The sales and install teams were equally as helpful, moving the install date to a time and date that suited me. Thanks again.

Our flat is on a busy road and traffic noise was an issue. We had secondary glazing fitted to four large windows and are delighted with the results. The glazing is very unobtrusive and has reduced noise to an absolute minimum. Would recommend.

City Sound installed secondary glazing for three large sash windows (two are floor to ceiling). The secondary window construct and fit is high quality and the fitters (three) were very considerate and efficient when working in small space, working quickly and quietly. They consulted in detail on the options for reinstallation of the blinds and did a great job. The end result looks really good and it is much quieter!

Had secondary glazing fitted to two windows to reduce traffic noise from outside. Both units work extremely well. They are well made and should last for years. We are very happy with the service provided by City Sound. It's the second time we have used them.

I live on a busy street. Over the last few months, we woke up multiple times per night from ambulances or motor bikes.

I looked at multiple companies and City Sound came out as the most competitive quote, and was able to complete the work in a number of weeks, whereas with other companies we were talking 3 months+ at least.

The process was very straightforward, we had a visit by a member of the team who gave us a few options. Three weeks later the assembly team completed the installation. It's clean, you hardly notice the windows, and the sound is amazing. The team cleaned up thoroughly after they left and made sure I was 100% satisfied.

There's still some noise polution from the walls, but we can sleep through the night and it has really made such a difference to the quality of life.

Again, would recommend these guys!

Turned up promptly for initial survey and for installation. The installation itself went really well and everything was left very clean and tidy. The secondary glazing looks good, and is very effective at both reducing noise and draughts. We were so satisfied that we have asked them back to do the same for other windows.

City sounds were fantastic throughout the entire process.

The site survey was accurate and to the point, and the engineer was fine with me changing my mind about what might make sense to have made until we settled on a sensible proposal.

Price was reasonable and the lead time to make the windows was very quick.

On the installation day, the installation engineers were on time, very hard working and took time out to explain how the secondary glazing worked and how it would reduce my condensation etc.

To be honest, I was a little skeptical about the amount of condensation reduction I would achieve, but I have gone from soaking wet single glazing every morning in the winter in the bathroom and on the landing, to almost zero condensation.

The whole house feels a lot warmer generally, and is no longer absolutely freezing in the morning while the heating comes on.

The changes the glazing has had on the comfort and hassle of dealing with single glazing has been incredible.

I can't recommend City Sounds enough. The product looks very nice too.

Really great and helpful team as well as a fantastic product at a reasonable price. Communication was fantastic and they did a brilliant job. They were very accommodating with timings when my project got delayed and generally just made it a painless experience.

Product is also great. I got secondary glazing for sound proofing which work excellently. They look surprisingly smart as well.
