Excellent job and very professional company. The team was very reactive at bringing someone in to provide a solution and a quote. Their staff sounded very professional so did not bother looking elsewhere. They were also realistic to manage expectations (which ended up being better than I hoped). I really appreciated how the team strived to make me the right recommendations for the set-up, they were really caring about the job. The result is fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased with the sound proofing and also esthetic look of the installation. I live near a busy road and can't hear anything anymore, and even loud sirens come muted so it is not an issue anymore. My friends also compliment me for the great design. Really thrilled with the secondary glazing. The frames match the 1930s dark wood colour of the original window frame exactly. Immediately noticeable difference in terms of drafts and noise.
The sliding window system is clever and means we don’t have to have handles on every window. Very slick from purchase to fitting: four weeks exactly. Guys who came to do it were lovely and did a great job, clearing up and returning furniture to its original position. I would really recommend this company for the quality of product , speed of delivery and lovely fitting men! Really thrilled with the windows. Thanks for doing a great job!

Very happy. They were polite, took their shoes off, installed quickly and with zero mess, reinstalled my blinds free of charge. The sound reduction is really superb. I don't even notice the second window as it looks really a lot like the window underneath. The build quality is good, they are super easy to open and clean underneath etc.

The challenge was to keep the noises of London Victoria Street outside while the solution needed to be unobtrusive inside.

3 large french doors each received a lightweight matching internal set, acoustically glazed. Sound reduced 75%. Priced reasonably. Extremely professional installation team. Definitely recommend

Second time I used City Sound Secondary Glazing in 2 years; I could not be happier. I have now used them for 12 windows. From the sales person to the inspector/ measurement taker, and to the fitters, this is possibly the best experience I have had in home improvement. The inspector came up with great suggestions to deal with tricky windows, the product was delivered on time, the fitters were professional, efficient and cleaned up everything after the installation. The secondary glazing is high quality, not invasive on my period windows. Very good company and staff.

They provided me with a solution for my large windows that no other supplier offered and at a very competitive price. They also honored their original quotation despite a need to change the spec for stronger glass.

The installation process was also very good - they were able to refit/fit curtains and blinds while fitting the secondary glazing, which saved me the hassle of sorting it out later. They also did a good job of clearing up after themselves, with minimal dust and mess left behind.

There result is a really smart set of windows fitted that I am extremely pleased with.

Dealt with Daniel who sold me the window. Survey was nice and easy and the install took less than two hours with a really good team who left no mess. Very impressed with the product - genuinely reduced the outside noise and pollution. Would happily recommend. I also note this was the most price competitive quote I got so good value for money.

Keep the heat in and the noise out! With 12 pairs of sash windows (i.e. top & bottom sashes) and 3 pairs of French doors, each having a transom window above, the cost of replacing them all with double glazed timber units was prohibitive. As an alternative, a friend recommended City Sound secondary glazing. I tested their patience with all my queries and an initial installation of 4 windows and one pair of French doors with transom above resulted in two bedrooms. Daniel, Sanette, Cris (the estimator and initial installer) and others were all terrific. So thank you, and well done to all.
