As others have mentioned this is a terrible, terrible company. Almost the worst delivery service ever, slightly better than DHL.
Let me explain, we had tiles delivered.
When I asked for tiles to be left around the back the delivery driver flatly refused and basically told me where he would leave them.
Extremely unfriendly and unhelpful delivery driver.
Dissatisfied to say the least - for any company using these guys as your delivery, I would suggest you don’t you’re really letting yourselves down.

Absolutely worse service
Absolutely worse service I've ever experienced time slot was 11am 3pm it's now gone 5 for the last hour it's showing on tracking as 2 stop and still on 2 stops and is miles away be at last another hour or more that's if it actually gets here
