Not one to write reviews in general. Website was down as .ie meaning I originally thought it was an Irish company but wasn't. Not a big deal. Watch arrived promptly and looks amazing. First battle was setting watch up which has taken me forever and its still not correct. Maybe thats more of a problem with Citizen watches. Next problem was adjusting the strap for which I received no tools and will have to go to a professional which really isn't ideal. In fairness the watch is nice but overall just a slight bit annoyed

A tale of two purchases
In May of 2021 I bought two watches from this company. they arrived in good time and have performed as good watches ever since.I wear them and like them, a Casio and a Citizen.
However in November 2022 I bought a third watch from CityWatches, also a Citizen, but radio controlled. There was an initial problem with delivery on this watch. I eventually contacted the company who wasted no time in sorting out the problem. The watch arrived earlier this week and is exactly as ordered and is a delight. The problem was sorted promptly and professionally and leaves me with every confidence to deal with this company again. Many thanks !

Constant doubts after purchase was made but all worked out in the end.
Made a purchase. Order tracking says complete.
Did not receive a shipping tracking number, could not check progress of purchase. Still have not received the watch.
Emailed the companies customer service repeatedly without reply.
Update: received an email quoting technical issues. Followed shortly by an email from a random looking address in relation to packageing/duty issues...
Seemed like a scam to me.
Finally, package arrived. Watch is beautiful. No duty issues in the end.
My issue is, in the main, the lack of communication, and the constant doubt over the validity of the company. The home page hides that the shop is located in Singapore appearing to be advertising as an irish company.
