Fantastic. Ordering was easy, item came super quick and was very pleased with it. This Ninja blender is LEGIT!!!! Too legit to quit! Hey, heeeeeeey. I am making some protein smoothies with the 16 oz bullet/cup accessories...man, this thing it incredible. I should have bought one years ago! Citywideshop had the lowest price around. Not that this blender was cheap, but when spending 3 digits on a blender/processor/bullet all in one, if you can save some dough, it makes pulling the trigger on the purchase a lot easier. I was super happy I did. I would buy this over and over again, and would not be afraid to get it from CityWideShop.

All this speaker and the remotes don’t work and can’t find a replacement remote.and the app for Android nor iOS works. Yes I bought brand new batteries and none of the remotes work. This sucks for the money I’ve spent.
