Après vérification, nous avons bien transmis votre confirmation de réservation à la résidence selon les disponibilités et tarifs mis en ligne sur notre site par la résidence elle-même.
Votre réservation a bien été prise en compte mais la résidence n’a pas vérifié les informations dans notre système.
La résidence n’a pas contacté Cityzenbooking pour nous informer de ce problème à votre arrivée donc nous n’avons pas pu agir en conséquence.

I was looking for service apartments in France on Google. I came across cityzenbooking.com as a very user friendly site with data at fingertips. Even the recently searched apartments appear on the left hand side. Even the booking is very easy in one single step.

Used this site to book hotel in Maspalomas Spain.
This is the first time I have used this company and found the booking prosses very easy and the details given about the hotel and room good.
Will have to see when we get there if the all system works, but upto now I am very happy.

Very satisfied ...
Accommodation at a very decent level and above all clean. Breakfast in the range and levels are excellent - as in the international hotel. Parked I had a problem. Staff very helpful. Besides Czech Czech restaurant in prices.
