Booked.....but no room

Booked an apartment on line so we had somewhere to stay for the British Grand Prix, however 24hours later the booking was cancelled due to a "technical" issue. When I asked why it took another 4 days for my e mail to be answered only to be told it was fully booked. Will not be using this company again. Totally unreliable and in my opinion untrustworthy.

Failed to provide accommodation

I booked online with CityZen on Friday evening for the following night in London. About 3 hours afterwards, i got a telephone call from the accommodation saying that they haven't dealt with Cityzen for about 18 months, that they removed their listing and that they had no accommodation available. As Cityzen is not a 24/7 operation and is closed from Friday evening until Monday morning, I was left with no accommodation during one of the busiest weekends in london. No response from Cityzen and no alternative arrangements. Would definitely not use again.

Also, we checked the information that we have regarding the property N°5 Doughty Street in London and they never informed us that they no longer worked with us – especially since our last booking with them was not 18 months ago but last May.

In any case, please be ensured that we would have found you an alternative accommodation if they would have informed us beforehand.

Simply not trustworthy. Do not book via this website.

My booking reference lim73046czbo.
I booked and received a confirmation from this website for a hotel in Shanghai. When I arrived at 5pm, the hotel said it received no such booking. I call the website's hotline, who advised me they'll revert to me within a few minutes. I waited for more than 3 hours and they didn't call back. In the end, I had to struggle to find a hotel myself. Checked in only at midnight. Terrible experience. First, the booking was never made. Second, the call never came. I'll avoid at all cost.

It was first time for me to use your website I was too happy I found other alternative site but unfortunately you cancelled my reservation before three days of my trip without warning me or saying the reason.

Very Modern and All you would Need

This appartment was very modern, there were towels provided inside the room, free use of an air con unit that you collect from reception. There is a bar on site by the swimming pool. Overall had a good sleep as the beds were comfy, appartment was clean except for afew hairs in the fridge?! I would recommend this appartment for adults only as there was quite alot of drunk people coming and going at all times of the day.

My Booking Confirmation Was Not Honored

cityzenbooking.com was very easy to navigate and use. Unfortunately after I received a booking confirmation number on August 24, I received an email from the hotel, Residhotel Impérial Rennequin, Paris, France on September 4, saying that they are fully booked, and cannot honor my reservation. So, I had to scramble to find another hotel. It was not fun.

Beware the default dates

We arrived at the hotel to see they had no accommodation available. Our booking was for the right day, just a month in advance. Thanks to the default dates, City zen screwed up our night. Then they refused to refund anything, despite being a full month away. Be sure to use some other site!!
