Excellent Service
All the items I have received have been genuine and of the highest quality. The shopping process has been easy and the dispatch quick. They keep you updated for each step of their service, so you know your goods are on their way. I live in Canada, so the mailing takes longer, but the packaging and protection of the items during transit is excellent.

Ordered and paid for 2 items - only one was in stock
Out of stock items should be noted as such and not made available to pay for. Requested refund Feb 6th - still awaiting refund on February 17th. The item I did receive was fine.

My friend recommended this site, saying they had the bras she liked at the best price anywhere. I'd tried hers and liked it, so I bought one. I was so happy, I just ordered three more. Shipping to the US does take a bit longer than I'd like, but can't beat their prices & return policy.

I ordered 6 bras through an offer email and the promocode did not work. I thought I was out of time for the offer and when I received the bras literally a few days later, I realised I wasn't. I emailed and queried the promo code and the problem was quickly rectified and the discount credited to my account. I could not ask for more and am delighted at the excellent customer service.
