As others stated, this is a full blown scam. AI use, no such small business exists. This is a Chinese company with inferior products. I ordered the glass book mug x 2. Sloppy paint job, not heavyweig... See more

Caveat Emptor
Avoid. Caveat Emptor!
On an impulse I ordered some mugs.
Soon afterward I changed my mind and had to do a lot of hunting around on their website for an email address.
I emailed them, cancelling the order and expecting a refund.
No such luck. Their system showed they were shipping to me even though I had cancelled the order days earlier.
I recently received a shipment notification -- they seem to use some strange carrier. I'm sent them another email saying I will refuse delivery. They said if I do that the shipper may simply destroy it. Is that legal?
So now they're putting me through the ringer expecting me to go through their return system. I told them they need to pay for return shipping and send me a shipping label because I cancelled the order long before they were going to ship.
They refused.
If I don't get a prompt refund I will pursue the matter with my CC company.
Scam
Scam. They list the “original” price for items in the $100s and say it’s discounted by a lot, you only pay $40 but product is garbage, ships from China, and they don’t honor their money back guarantee.
What you see is NOT what you get
Had a similar experience. I ordered a cat lamp and it looked nothing like what was pictured on their website. Further, there was a loose piece rattling around inside of the lamp and not all parts lit up like they were supposed to. It looks like someone's high school art project. The quality is so poor and far off from what was advertised that I actually laughed initially, but not for long because I remembered that I'd spent $50 on this garbage. Even after I shared information about the defects and attached pictures they had the nerve to offer me a 20% refund or store credit (AS IF I would want to keep this junk or want to ever shop with them again). I insisted on a refund but not surprisingly they have not responded. I wasted no time in submitting a dispute through my credit card. If I can find the Facebook ad that originally showed up in my feed I will submit a comment there too, warning people about the scam. I gotta stop clicking on these Facebook ads (sigh).
Cheap quality and misleading marketing
Items are not as pictured and the quality is poor. I bought three things. Two arrived and I’m still waiting on one. The shirt was practically see-through because the material was so thin and it feels horrible. The ring I bought looks nothing like the photo. Again cheap in appearance and not as pictured. Finally I feel the whole social media marketing was a scam. Family company going out of business, blah blah blah. The stuff looked cute online but once I got the shipping info from YunExpress I knew I had fallen for misleading marketing. Buyer beware.
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible ugly item that looks nothing like the picture of what I was supposed to get. After reading these reviews I wish I had read them first. Stuff comes from China. I am afraid that a refund will be difficult to get but I will file a complaint with the credit card company and not pay. Do not order from here.
ABSOLUTE SCAM
Complete junk that is not at all representative of the photos online. Call your credit card company and get a charge back! Do not agree to their partial refund or sending it back. Here's how their scam works:
They show nice photos of an item, then send you complete and utter junk. When you message them about it, they point out the listing says "one of a kind" but as a gesture, offer you a partial refund, or tell you that you can send it back (at your own cost) for a full refund. The return address is China, so it is extremely expensive to send back. That way they hope to get you to agree to the partial refund. Don't do it. Contact your credit card company to explain that they use a bait and switch tactic, promising something that looks very nice, but sending junk instead. If they ask, share a screenshot (and link) of the item online along with a comparison photo of the junk you received. You should get a full credit back.
Fake advertising
Fake advertising, I bought a mosaic cat that lights up. It is sooo cheap looking and ugly. Do not buy from Clara San Diego.
Handmade 3D Happiness Mug
Handmade 3D Happiness Mug. Looks great on their website photos. Actual item received is of such poor paint quality that there is no way I can give it to my daughter as a gift. Only way to get a refund is to return the item to an address in CHINA. Very disappointed by what is portrayed as a family business in San Diego.
Cheap Bait and Switch
The website showed a beautiful glass mosaic cat lamp. The original price was $150. With the closing sale, it was $35. Well, the plastic thing I received was not worth much more than $15-20. Do not buy from this company! It's crap from China.
I did not get a working Dachshund Lamp
I did not get a working Dachshund Lamp. The photo looked like glass ..what arrived was cheap plastic with batteries and it did NOT light up. A Bunch of CROOKS!!
Deceitful advertising
Deceitful advertising.
What was shown was a beautiful stain-glassed lamp (even an artisan working on stained-glass, with equipment), what I received was a very cheap plastic molded cat, without colors, without the glow of stained glass...just the cheapest piece of crap that I wouldn't have paid $5 for...let along $50.
This is NOT a US family company. This is a scam shack.
"Handmade 3D Reading Happiness Mug
"Handmade 3D Reading Happiness Mug - Original" is very sad
The advertised mug is quite beautiful. What was delivered however looks like it was painted by a kindergartener and has rough, sharp edges around the top. When contacted they offered a 10% refund. Disgraceful, wish I had consulted trustpilot before I ordered.
This company is 100% a SCAM
This company is 100% a SCAM. They sell unusable, trash merchandise and only offer refeunds if you ship the item back to CHINA at your cost. They have no US mailing address at all. BEWARE!!!!!
The mug I received was a joke
The mug I received was a joke. It looked like a toy, was half the advertised volume, and was NOT microwave safe. DO NOT BUY from this company. They are phony. If there was a zero rating, that would still be too high.
Scam website. They lie about everything on their page.
They lie about things being "hand-crafted" and they lie about being produced in the US. Whatever you buy, you'll get a plastic, mold-created, replica of what you see in the pics, made in China. You'll have to ship it back to China yourself.
Their products look nothing like what…
Their products look nothing like what is advertised on line and their return policy is infuriating! I wish I had read reviews before being scammed - stay away from Clara San Diego!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!
This is 100% a scam! The pictures they show are NOT that you will get. We ordered a stain glass book mug which was beautiful on the site only to get it (after waiting forever) and open up what looks.like my kid painted it with their eyes closed. Its very cheaply made and the top part is sharp! There is no money back guarantee!
(please be aware that you will need to cover the shipping costs, which are estimated to be between €20 - €80. Additionally, our team will need to receive and process the returned items before we can initiate the refund. This includes tracking the return shipment, as it may incur customs fees or face delays.) This is what's hidden.
So I either pay 23-80 bucks to return it or keep the trash and be out the $45 ypu paid for it.
It's blackmail. Either accept what you didn't order or spend more than you originally spent to return it.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$$
Do not buy from here
Do not buy from here. I did receive my items, but they are cheap and plastic. NOT the quality the pictures portray at all.
ZERO stars....SCAM. Steer clear!
ZERO stars....Scam site....going out of business.. ..ordered the glass mug like so many other reviewers and received a plastic piece of junk with a tin insert that looks nothing like what was advertised. This was going to be a gift. I wouldn't want ti drink out of this. Took so long to get here then I noticed it was coming from China via Mexico. I may reach out to my credit card company or just take the L.
Absolute SCAM - STAY AWAY
The mugs are absolutely not as advertised (using AI). The listing states the mugs are made of "High-Quality, Thick Glass," but they are made of a VERY cheap epoxy/plastic (cheap looking too) with a very small metal cup insert, making them very difficult and impractical to drink from. It also says they are "microwave safe," but they cannot be put in a microwave due to the metal insert. They are also unbalanced, so they rock back and forth on a flat surface; very dangerous with hot liquids. It also says the capacity is 11 oz, but they actually hold less than 6 oz. The store also advertises a "30-day money back guarantee," with the store supposedly based out of San Diego, CA, but after requesting a return, they require the item to be shipped with tracking back to *China*, making it completely cost-prohibitive to return, and they only offer to return a fraction of the money. I paid with PayPal, so I filed a Purchase Protection claim and was FULLY REFUNDED. Thank goodness for PayPal.
