The delivery arrived at the arranged time and the whole process went very smoothly. The delivery men were very helpful and carried out the delivery with care and consideration.

Exceptional service all round from initial visit and assessment to the actual removal. Removal was from Fraserburgh to NW Essex some 600 miles! Cannot fault anything. Would definitely recommend this company.

Shipping your belongings over 5,000 miles can be stressful and nerve wracking but Lynn and the team at Clark and Rose kept me updated on progress along the way.
Their delivery driver, Chris, was very friendly and helpful and we had everything unloaded and the inventory checked off in half an hour.

Amazing delivery crew and staff. They could not have taken better care of our things. Not a scratch, dent, ding, or mark on any of our furniture or walls. There were some tough pieces of furniture to fit up a staircase and squeeze around walls. But it was all handled professionally. I cannot speak more highly of the crew and staff.

From the very start of our removal process, quotations, Clark and Rose removal men arriving, packing, and leaving to the depot, continued e-mail communication, both my husband and I have found the service from Clark and Rose impeccable. All staff have always been professional, informative, prompt, helpful and honest.
This has helped a major move from the UK to Australia very easy and stress free.

The team were polite, helpful, considerate and very hard working. Our job had been estimated well in respect of how long the job would take. The disruption for us who had to live in the house while the job was going on was minimised. Our belongings were well packed, but it would have been helpful for our settling in if the boxes had been labelled better. The move in went well and the furniture and boxes were delivered to the correct rooms. We can recommend Clark and Rose, and would use them again if the need arises.

The crew worked hard and with good humour to complete our removal to store, they were helpful when a couple of items had to be retrieved from their efficient packing and were not phased by the number of books we possess! all was completed within the three days - thanks to all

I cannot recommend Clark and Rose highly enough. Scott that came out to give us a quote was brilliant and on the day, the guys loaded and unloaded the van really quickly and without issue, dismantling the furniture and ensuring nothing was damaged. They made a very stressful day less so and we were grateful for all their help. They are all a credit to the company.

Lynn at Clark and Rose was great at keeping us up to date and was really good at communicating. Our removal driver was great, he was on time, helped us empty the van and tick everything off on our list! We had the team come out and pack up our old house, they headed to our new house only for the paperwork to not be completed. The guys then came back & offloaded everything all in torrential rain. 10 days later we actually got moved and again the guys were great despite the snow, sleet, hail & rain. I can’t fault anything to do with our experience from the team in the office to the moving team.

Clark and Rose Removals (Stirling Depot) moved us from Larbert to Airth and we genuinely couldn’t fault a single part of the experience. From day one, the communication was constant, clear, and reassuring – you’re never left wondering what’s happening next.

This was a large move, but it was handled completely hassle-free. They drafted in an additional colleague from Edinburgh and then sent two more team members in the early afternoon to make sure everything ran smoothly. That level of organisation and The Knowledge they have as a team really shows.

What an outstanding Team to work with. Not only did they get our shipment delivered without any loss, they delivered it exactly when they said they would. The guys who delivered it were friendly, professional, and actually carried each box into our new home and put it where we wanted them to go. I can't praise them enough.

I have moved a lot and the last two times I have chosen Clark and Rose. Both times they provided excellent service but in the recent move under difficult circumstances due to bereavement they were outstanding. Both Brandon and Tyler were extremely patient and sensitive to the situation and were also great to work with. They operated very methodically and everything was packed soundly and arrived all in one piece. They took excellent care of everything and managed to load and unload in the freezing cold and rain with no drama and the house was still clean when they finished! Cannot recommend them highly enough.
