We had a fantastic service from Alan and Robbie on the day of the move, they loaded up everything with care and speed so we could move swiftly into our new property. They were very helpful in placing our items in the new property and helping us get settled in. All interactions with Clark & Rose were great and would definitely recommend to anyone.

From the point of first contact through to quotation, booking and the day of the move, Clark & Rose has provided an excellent, professional and polite service to plan and execute a move. Every party involved was thorough, knowledgeable, clear and a pleasure to deal with. I especially appreciated the guidance, flexibility and approach taken when the severe wintry weather descended upon the North East and affected the initial plan. The main event, the move, was executed extremely well, efficient but with care. It was a joy to have the team in the house pack, load and unload my possessions. The delivery went great! The guys showed up on-time, we super easy to deal with, and didn't complain about the sheer number of boxes and large items they had to move. Admin we similarly incredibly easy to deal with. Responses from the front office were prompt and to-the-point. Would recommend Clark & Rose to anyone moving home.

The staff are great. We were kept up to date by them when our belongings arrived in the UK, arranging delivery and the guys who brought our U-Haul box to our storage unit were excellent. Very helpful right from informing us of their arrival, to unloading and helping us put our boxes in the storage unit in a certain order for access at a later date.

My family and I used Clark and Rose for a recent move and Joe, Will and Jay were absolutely superb, nothing was too much trouble. Joe arrived before the lorry turned up and immediately put us at ease. Buying a house has been a very stressful 6 months...the only part that wasn't was the move by Clark and Rose.

We had a need to get a 40' container delivered from the port and to the highland of Scotland, and positioned in a spot where space was a challenge/limited. Clark & Rose took the challenge and sorted it, big thanks.

Over the past 27 years, I have moved 14 times to and from various parts of the world but I can safely report that this move has been the most memorable. From initial contact through to final shipping, the Clark and Rose team has performed in a consistent professional manner that has reduced stress and resulted in an almost pleasurable experience! The entire team went to great lengths throughout the period to explain the process and sequence of packing and resolve any requests or queries that we had.
Moving home is listed as the third factor of stress in major life events, behind death of a loved one and divorce. However this, hopefully our final move, must be listed as one of our least stressful life events.
Should any of our family and friends be moving home in the future, we would have no hesitation in recommending Clark and Rose as their first point of contact.
