Clarke's were very easy to order from and customer service was excellent. They often don't hold the parts in store but order them once they receive a purchase. The unit I ordered is no longer in production but Clarke's sourced a suitable alternative before then calling me to make me aware of the issue and of the ready made solution, all within 48 hours of my original order being placed online.

Very quick delivery of high quality rain wear. Excellent all round service.

They say 1 to 2 days for delivery and item was in stock, after many phone calls to them I received my one item that I had ordered for my sons birthday 3 weeks later avoid this place at all cost

Easy to use Internet Service, progress on order notice very good; postage very slow. recommend that customer can choose from Net the type of postage e.g general An Post, Next day delivery, Courier.

I bought a EU22i Honda generator from Clarke’s of Cavan, i live in longford, i ordered it on the online website Thursday at 11.30 am and it arrived the next morning by post, brilliant customer service, very helpful staff, and all round, excellent. well done 💯

Didn’t honour sale made over weekend of storm. We went to collect Monday morning only to be told no. Staff were busy increasing prices. Asked customers to leave shop. Never again. Still awaiting refund from purchase.

We ordered and paid for a girls bike for Christmas online. We received a call the next day to say it wasn't in stock and given an alternative. We didn't really have much options but to pick a different bike to the one we wanted. There was also supposed to be a free helmet with the bike that we had also picked out. We where told that was also not available and they would send an alternative. The bike was a 20inch bike to suit a 8 year old. When the bike/ helmet arrived the helmet they sent was for a toddler absolutely no use to us. Otherwise the products where well wrapped and deliverd on time.

Good company and the savers club a great idea.

Rang up last week about a toy we got from Santa it was wrong fit for the tractor there was no problem changing it and returning it I printed off thr label at home brought it to local post office and was shocked to learn no fee to pay for return of box so I will defo be buying again and again from Clarkes very helpful staff

Bought an item online to be told 2 weeks later that it hasn’t been dispatched yet because it is out of stock and wasn’t coming back into stock for 6 months+. Not the first time I’ve had an issue with this company
