We visited today to buy my sons first ever school shoes- what a fab experience! We had booked an appointment online, Leanne at the Hemel Hempstead branch was waiting for us on arrival and guided us through how to understand the fitting and our choices. Despite having a less common width fitting we had several choices (in stock) and we left with everything we needed, confident in the choices we made. Thank you so much Leanne!

Lola at Hemel Hempstead was incredibly helpful and patient! My eldest daughter took a loooong time to select her school shoes but Lola helped us along the way. Very happy with the service and the shoes selected.
