Visited the Louth Store today, and was greeted and served by Laura , who was very helpful with my purchase of my trainers .
It was a pleasure to be able to visit a Clark’s shop to browse there selection of footwear.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful, which enabled me to order a pair of trainers in the sale in my size .
Please keep this shop open in Louth with its expert staff to enable Clark’s to serve the community for ever .

We were greeted and made welcome by Jasmine who was helpful and patient. Jasmine helped us enter the prize draw and we won £5 off our purchase. Very satisfied and we will shop at Louth Clarks again. Great choice of shoes.

Went to Louth for a pair of loafers that I had seen online however I would much rather try a shoe on before I buy was served by a Lovely lady Amy was realy happy and helpful I also bought a small bag to go with my loafers ,so nice to have a assistant that is happy and helpful.

Excellent shoe shop in our high street. Staff are extremely helpful, with good knowledge of style as well as the range of shoes on offer. Very friendly, I highly recommend this shop.

I'm a busy working mum and went to the Clarks shop in Louth, yes I know it was nearly closing time but I've been there a few times and always had fantastic service, unfortunately this time I was told because my child wasn't of school age I could therefore have their feet measured at any time of the day but not just before closing time and was refused entry! I believe the lady was the manager and find it shocking in this day and age that they didn't want my money but to have been spoken to in such a manner. I won't be shopping there again which is very dissapointing as myself and child have loved seeing the (usually) lovely staff there

Dawn worked really hard to find school shoes to fit my daughter - it wasn't easy as the school term rush was on. In the end she ordered 2 shoes for my daughter to try on and they arrived when she said.

We had a fantastic show fitting in Louth with Amy. Amy was brilliant with my two boys and very attentive. She was very thorough and checked and rechecked. We buy a lot of shoes in Clarks and we have never had the time and attention we had in this store. She really knew a lot. She was patient and understanding with my two SEN boys. She is an asset to the Louth store. Thank you so much you really looked after us. I highly recommend her.

If all staff in all shops were as good, shopping wouldn’t be the ardous task that it sometimes can be!

Shoe fitting for both my children for their back to school shoes. The lady (Dawn) was very helpful and I was confident that she knew what she was doing. She chatted to my children about their rabbit which made them feel more relaxed. Shoes only needed for my daughter and Dawn was very knowledgable about the shoes available.

Had a fantastic experience getting kids school shoes in the Louth branch. Amy was brilliant and even won round the grumpy teenager. Thank you.

Went in to the Louth shop to get my kids their school shoes (never something to look forward to!) I can safely say our experience was excellent. Harriet and Dawn were brilliant, they were friendly, helpful and chatted with my kids. Nothing was too much trouble and they were helpful in ordering in my son’s shoes (2 days later I’ve got the email to say the shoes are in store ready for collection). Love the fact that we have a 3 month guarantee to replace the shoes if they don’t fit properly in that time. Many thanks.

The lovely ladies at Louth shop on Sunday morning were amazing. Excellent service showed great empathy and patience with my mum. Spent lots of time with her excellent service. Thanks to Dawn and the other lady who help. Great asset to your team

I went into Louth, Lincolnshire, branch recently looking for a pair of shoes. I was served by Maxine, who was cheerful and patient, offering great advice. I ended up buying 2 pairs and some insoles. When I left I complimented her on her excellent customer service skills.
This is true for other members of staff in this branch, too, and the reason why I return time and time again.
