Paula at Louth shop was so wonderful when I was trying to get my 10 year old new school shoes! She was helpful and extremely patient when he wanted to try lots of shoes and ended up back with the first one he tried! I appreciated the help.

The staff member dawn was very helpful and kind at the Louth store I will defo be going again to get my daughters shoes and feet measured

Paula was very helpful and efficient in assisting me in store. Always service with a smile. What a lovely lady. I was very happy with my purchase.

I went into the Louth branch today and saw some trainers that were in the sale so I tried my size on and Dawn asked if I needed any help, I said these are so comfortable, she agreed and was wearing the same pair in blue of which I commented looked lovely too. Dawn brought my pair down to purchase and also my size in the blue pair she was wearing if I was interested in them too! I bought both pairs.... 2for1 ... great up sell Dawn, thank you 😊

Rachel's willingness to help. She exchanged a pair of shoes and I received a 20% discount due to today's store offer. Her general mammer was customer focused. Nothing was too much trouble.

Visited our local Louth store and as usual service was excellent the sales assistant Paula was up and down the stairs so many times I lost count and all the while giving a lovely smile.

I went into Clarkes in Louth and was served by Amy. I was looking for something very specific and that meant I tried on a lot of different styles and sizes. She was endlessly patient and very kind. First class service and I got exactly what I wanted

Really good service and with a smile. Rachel brought out lots of pairs of shoes and was very patient with my granddaughter while she chose the shoes she wanted.
Louth Clarks are in an ideal location for me and my family otherwise we would have to travel 50 miles round trip to access a shop in Lincoln.

Rachael was attentive and even put up with my husband’s crazy sense of humour.

The Louth branch are fantastic, very helpful and kind . Maxine sorted my grandson a pair of school shoes and made him feel very welcome and comfortable.
