Very happy customer! Louth Store!
I went in to the Louth store due to the Grimsby store closing down.
My daughter needed new daily shoes and school shoes. When we arrive Dawn was very welcoming and was so good with my daughter, patient and encouraging!
She helped my daughter find the right shoe size and made sure all the shoes she tried on (which was a lot!) was comfortable and that she liked them!
We left the store completely happy and my daughter absolutely loves her new pair of shoes! She wont stop showing everyone and talking about them and is looking forward to school starting again on Tuesday to show her friends her new school shoes.

Great Service
Very pleasant and friendly staff all round at the Louth store. I was served by Paula who was very helpful she also advised me how to look after my Nubuck shoes that I purchased.
