Today I went in to the Louth store to get school shoes for my son and daughter. I was served by a lovely lady called Paola who spent a lot of time with us to get my sons shoes just right. It took us a quiet a while as my son has insoles which does make getting school shoes to fit a little difficult. Paula never gave up trying to find the shoe to fit him perfectly eventhoughwe must of triedon nearly every shoe available. I'm so grateful to this lady she really is a great asset to the Louth store. In fact all the ladies were so lovely. Thank you again I really do appreciate it.

Clarks in Louth is a fantastic little shop with great staff who will always go above and beyond to help their customers. From little kids to adults their customer service is second to none. All the choice of one of the big stores with in store ordering available, but with the personal, friendly service you would expect from a small town. I’d much rather go here than to the bigger stores any day of the week. Maxine in particular was patient and fun with the little kids and full of useful information about the styles in store for ladies too which was a great help for me. Would recommend to everyone!

Excellent experience, managed to get measured and fitted at the same time by the lovely Paula, it is so useful being able to pop into our local shop in Louth. Staff are always so helpful and friendly.

Popped into store today to get my daughter’s shoe size. Dawn was so helpful and kind with my little girl - she took the time to chat and engage with my little one as well as to explain to me how to tell when the shoe is fitted correctly. Ended up buying two pairs of shoes from the sale so made a saving as well. A lovely experience with the friendliest, kindest staff members! Thank you, Dawn! ☺️ highly recommend!

The first place I go if I need a new pair of shoes.

I visited the Louth store with my 1 year old son and was served by Paula. Paula was very helpful and so patient with him. She measured his feet and checked the shoes were suitable and fitted him correctly. Great customer service, will definitely be returning.

Daughters First school shoes from the Louth store. We had a lovely experience with Dawn who really took her time to find our daughter the right pair of school shoe! We had a nice selection to choose from and the service was great.

Amy and the other lady serving in Louth were fantastic today. Amy found me the product I bought. She was helpful without being at all pushy. It was a lovely relaxing experience, both ladies serving in the shop seemed genuinely interested in my purchase.

Amy in the Louth store was very helpful and informative about the shoes my husband was looking at, she listened to all his questions about the Gore Tex shoes and he ended up buying a pair of winter shoes in June as a result!

Went in to buy some shoes as my cheaper footwear had split.So Becky asked me what size I need and I didn't know as my last time measured was when I was at school, so I was measured and was a size2 and a half so could wear children's shoes and so save me quite abit of money so I was very pleased.

Excellent service this morning by Becky. She couldn't have been more helpful and we bought 2 pairs of shoes!

Popped into Louth store to browse and came out with 3 pairs of shoes/sandals that were in the sale. Store assistant Dawn gave us just the right amount of attention and was very helpful when necessary. A very clean and tidy store with stock well presented.
