Jo in the Macclesfield Store was super helpful finding shoes to fit my daughter!

Great service by Heather.

I went in with my two sons to buy school shoes. We were served by Eden who was very thorough and knowledgable. My older son has very wide feet so it can be tricky to get shoes to fit him well. She ended up having to order us a pair in and they have arrived for us to collect just a few days later. I have used Clarks in Macclesfield for over 10 years, the staff are always friendly and welcoming and they have a good range of shoes.

Molly was very knowledgeable. She knew her shoes from style to size to comfort. Understood my daughter wanted comfort over style and what fitted and what didn’t. Didn’t push any style over another. Highly recommend molly again. Very impressed!!

The staff at Macclesfield were very friendly and helpful, especially Jo who made sure that my daughter had the perfect school shoes and trainers with lots of growing room.

Diane spent time and attention helping my 11 year old grand daughter choose the shoes that had the best fit for her. After measuring she fetched many options of various shoes dependent on style and fit. She was exceptionally patient and had several trips changing the choices and suggesting others, till the final choice was made.

Angie the sales consultant was very helpful and polite. Fitting was expertly done.

Eden at Macclesfield Clark’s was absolutely amazing today, she had such a great way of talking to both my girls, teaching them about how to tie laces and taking care and time to ensure they had a perfectly fitting pair of school shoes that they liked - thanks so much! It makes coming for shoes an enjoyable experience that the kids will remember.

I took my 2 children into the Clark’s in Macclesfield and they couldn’t have been more helpful. One of my sons has a very wide fitting and I struggle to find shoes to fit him. Heather was fantastic with him and tried very hard to get a shoe to fit him. In the end she asked one of her senior colleagues ( who was also very helpful) for some help gave a full explanation and we finally found an adult shoe to fit him. I couldn’t recommend Heather and her colleagues more. Fantastic Job! Thank you x

I took my son (8) and daughter (3) to the Macclesfield branch last week and we were served by Eden who was brilliant! Eden spoke directly to the kids which I thought was great, had a great deal of patience with both of them and didn’t rush us at all. I go every few months and this was the first time being served by Eden, I hope we see you again for the next fitting!

I took my 2 grandchildren into the macclesfield store for school shoes even though it was busy I didn't wait long to be served by Sarah who measured thier feet then found the shoes they want and fitted them both up with a smile and pleasant manner. I left with 2 happy grandchildren I was pleased it went smoothly to.

My visit to the Macclesfield store was a positive experience with lovely staff especially Eden who was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her.
