Very quick service on a pre-school-term day today. Ceri at Macclesfield was fab, great with our young kids and got our shoes sorted quickly. Give this woman a pay rise :)

I went into Clarks Macclesfield with my autistic son to get some new school shoes. I made and appointment and had prepared my son but we had a great experience. Angie came and saw to us and recognised my son’s sunflower lanyard. She offered to take us to a quieter area and checked if there may be anything that could upset him, whilst involving him all of the time. Angie was very patient and came out with a selection of shoes and my son had a great time to the point that he didn’t want to leave! We left with a pair of shoes and a smile on our faces. Thank you for your patience and understanding, it made what could have been a difficult experience very easy.

In have got new school shoes from this Clarks many times and it has always given great service. Today Eden looked after us and did am excellent job, patient, conciensous and knowledgeable. A great experience.

I took my daughter into the Macclesfield branch today and had the best shoe shopping experience to date!
My daughter struggles to find shoes that fit comfortably and having already had one failed attempt at school shoe shopping in another shop, I gave the Macclesfield branch of Clarks a whirl.
Eden (who served us) was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure my daughter found the right pair of school shoes.

I dread shopping for school shoes for my 2 daughters but Heather at the Macclesfield store made it easy. Heather was knowledgeable, polite and efficient and sorted my fussy girls shoes in no time.

My daughter has sensory needs so shoe shopping can be quite a challenge, however, this was not a problem. The staff in store (Imogen) and the Manager could not have been more understanding, patient and caring. They really endeavoured to get us sorted with school shoes. So grateful for their help, would definitely recommend this store.

Angie at the Macclesfield shop was great with my 4.5yr old. She measured his feet and helped select the perfect school shoes, ready for starting in September. Angie also told us about the great scheme, where you have a 3mth fit guarantee. Highly recommend

Eden was great with our kids, she chatted with them and made them feel at ease whilst taking their measurements. Eden was then very helpful in assisting us with our purchase. We were very satisfied with our experience.

Excellent service by Angie at Macclesfield Clarks. She was so patient and lovely with my one year old, helping to settle her and get her feet measured. We left with a lovely pair of shoes for her that will help support her feet while she runs about and grows. Highly recommend a visit in store.

Excellent service at Clark's. Very thorough and patient when measuring my children's feet and trying on different styles. This is our 3rd year of buying school shoes from Clark's and my son's previous two pairs lasted a full school year. I usually dread shoe shopping with my two boys but Molly was friendly and welcoming. My eldest son is autistic and finds it difficult to make decisions but Molly was so patient with him and communicated with him in a way that put him more at ease so that he was able to choose a pair of trainers he was happy with.

Excellent service at the Macclesfield branch. We were served by Laura who went out of her way to make sure we got what we needed. Really appreciate her help.

Excellent customer service from Eden at the Macclesfield store yesterday. Eden was excellent measuring my 15 year old son's feet, showing me what shoes were available in his size, etc and my son was happy with the shoes and the fact we were in and out in 15 minutes!

Jas was outstanding at helping all 3 boys with their fitting and finding new school shoes

I visited the Macclesfield Clarks store today and was very impressed from start to finish as getting school shoes for my two children is not easy due to my daughters wide feet and my son who has additional needs. The shop assistant Tai was brilliant she went the extra mile and helped our visit run smoothly. Thank you.
