Heather was a great help sorting my girls school shoes today, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful.

We went to Clark’s in Macclesfield to get school shoes. Our youngest daughter’s first pair and our eldest’s third! We were looked after by Imogen and she was brilliant. Really helpful and knowledgeable, so patient with my children (and me!) and she made sure that my girls were completely happy with their shoes before we left. She was absolutely lovely. My youngest is very excited to wear her new shoes for her first day at school. My eldest is slightly less morose about going back due to her shiny new boots, too.

Molly was really good with my kids.
Molly was friendly, efficient, informative and able to communicate with children and adults really well, she made this the visit to the Clark’s the easiest one yet.
Molly was happy to get a few choices of shoes and show the kids so they had a choice. All 3 kids left feeling pleased with the new school shoes.

Absolutely fantastic service, especially by Jasmine. Jas took her time with my little boy to get the right shoes to fit & I felt like I wasn't rushed. Jas had great customer service and was great with my son. We managed to find two pairs of shoes for him and got a great discount on the second pair.

Took my SEN, non speaking grandson into the Macclesfield store today for measuring. The young lady who dealt with us (Tai) was amazing!
She was so patient and knew exactly how to divert his attention to gently get the job done.
This was the easiest, most smooth shoe fitting ever! Thank you Tai.

I had a wonderful experience at Clarks in Macclesfield whilst choosing trainers for my Service user who has a learning disability .
The experienced staff Angie treated him with respect and dignity , giving him time whilst choosing the right pair for him

Excellent service from Heather today! Teenage girl + school shoe shopping is usually not a great combo but Heather was great and we quickly found a lovely pair of shoes that fit well. Also managed a cheeky sandal sale purchase so 10/10 experience.

I took my son for his first pair of school shoes today and Angie was brilliant. I would highly recommend coming here for childrens shoe fittings.

We visited the Macclesfield branch today to get some new school shoes. Molly was excellent - so helpful and patient. The shoes look great too!

We didn’t have to wait and Molly and the team were really helpful and patient with my son who wasn’t into having school shoes for high school.
The team justified the reasons why the size was chosen and gave us a guarantee for 3 months in case he grows out if them before them as he has 1 foot much bigger then other.

Molly was very helpful and patient with measuring my 4 year old for her first school shoes and my 1 year old for his first ever pair of shoes. She interacted well with my children and we came away with two pairs of well fitted shoes!

Greated by Heather on entry to the shop which was on the busy side and asked if we needed any help, we arrived to have two boys feet checked for size and new school shoes. Everything we needed was dealt with excellently and all explained regarding the choices and recommendations.

I don’t normally write reviews but I just quickly wanted to say I had some lovely customer service today from Jess. She was very sweet and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Really great.

Thank you Molly for being so helpful and friendly . She talked to my son about football and was a great help . A credit to the shop .

We took the plunge and went school shoe shopping at the Macclesfield branch today. The shop had a good range of shoes for my kids (aged 11 and 9). Eden measured their feet and brought out those that were in stock. We got fixed up easily enough! A pleasant, non stressful experience, and I was made up that a member of staff ran out to return my forgotten flask as we walked back through town. Lovely bunch of people
