Very patient and knowledgeable

We went to the Clark’s Norwich Riverside store and we were helped by the lovely Jake. He was so patient with my little boy and did all the checks to make sure his shoes fit him perfectly. Thank you Jake!!!!

I brought my father whom is recovering from a stroke, we needed new shoes as he couldn't get his old shoes on any more

Went in with my super chatty 7 year old son who likes talking to anyone. Sometimes people haven’t got time or don’t want to listen but we were served by Zach who was so kind and helpful. We bought school shoes for my son and Zach commented about what a great kid he was. My son enjoyed the whole shopping experience. Thankyou Zach!

We were helped today by Jake & Chris to measure and fit our 18month twins. They were extremely helpful and we managed to get 2 pairs each for the twins at a great price. Thankyou for your help

Chris the manager was welcoming the minute we walked in store and let my son take the lead on which shoes to buy. Super helpful and friendly

Visited to have my son’s feet measured and get some new school shoes - were served by Jake who was brilliant. Got my fussy son to have his feet measured properly and was great finding the right size and fit for him.

A big thank you to Sue at Clarks Norwich Riverside for helping Mum to find suitable footwear this morning. Mum has mobility issues plus injuries to her feet which make finding the right shoes difficult. Sue was patient, helpful and kind even when Mum tried on nearly every shoe in the shop. Mum came home happily with 2 excellent pairs of shoes. Sue is an asset to the store. Thank you.

I was very impressed with The service that I received at Clarks at Norwich Riverside. Chris served me and he was extremely helpful and polite and went out of his way to ensure that my needs were met. I regularly visit this store and I am always impressed with the service I receive

Went into Norwich riverside store ti get first shoes for my daughter I was helped by Jake who was amazing, very kind and helpful, don't get good customer service much these days so was a nice surprise! Made customers feel very welcome.

It was the dreaded school shoes trip for an 11 year old boy-made harder by a recent foot operation- but Jake and Chris at the Norwich Riverside store were fantastic. They gave us great advice and took the time to measure his feet properly. We will definately go back when he needs some more. Thankyou so much.

Excellent help from Chris at Norwich store

I’ve had my Clark’s Hope Henley nursing shoes for 5 years and it’s finally time for a replacement. I went to Clark’s to get a new pair and was sad to see they are being phased out so of course they didn’t have any in my size. I saw a similar pair with different stitching and thought I’d give them a try but they were nowhere near as comfortable as my original shoes and rubbed on the back of my heal. I just popped in to the riverside store to return the shoes and explained the situation. Without missing a beat, Chris looked up the shoes and saw they only had ONE pair my size left in the whole company, however they were at a store by Yorkshire. He kindly offered to call that store and they were able to be put to the side and will be shipped to my home by the end of this week! I’m so grateful for this!!!!! Jake was brilliant as well with excellent customer service and kept me up to date while Chris was on the phone. Thank you for such a lovely experience, I had to post this immediately from my car! You are both appreciated!! Xx

If I could give 6 stars I would, Jake at Norwich riverside was amazingly patient with my little girl, spoke to her not just to me, and was caring. He listened to my concerns and went out of his way to find the right shoe and fit for my daughter’s feet even though it meant bringing lots and lots of boxes out!! Nothing was too much for him. Thank you so much!!

Exemplary service from Jake , who took time , care and kindness with my 3 year old little girl to ensure a perfect fit along with a perfect shoe for our needs.
Always a positive experience here, particularly with Chris and Jake.
Makes our shoe shopping experience with 4 children far less stressful!
