sue was very helpful and efficient at the Norwich Riverside Store.

Caleb helped my four children find their perfect fitting school shoes at our appointment a few weeks ago. He was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable and the children felt comfortable with him. I love that we could book an appointment for early in the morning as it made the whole process, with multiple children, much less stressful. Thank you Clark’s! Been coming to you for 14 years with my children and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Jakk at Norwich Riverside Store served us today and he was so patient and helpful when measuring our little boys’ feet when they weren’t in the best of moods. He also found us a bargain pair of wellies! Thanks so much! :) Highly recommend!

We were served by Chris in the Norwich, Riverside store today. The experience for my 18 month old Grandson buying new shoes was relaxed and stress free. I also ordered shoes for myself to be delivered to my door as the branch didn't have them in stock - superb customer service.

Went to Norwich Riverside store and Jake was very helpful. My daughter had to try on 5-6 different pairs of shoes and he never once complained. I work in customer service and people don’t give credit enough and he is a credit to your business.

So upset with how the manager or whoever it was spoke to my son. The man was very overwhelming and unprofessional. We came in to find some shoes and this was the customer service we were met with.

To end this on a better note some girls, Chloe and Beth I think, they were very helpful and considerate of me and my son while we went in. They made him laugh and helped me find the right pair of shoes for him.

Felt very well looked after by Caleb in the Riverside, Norwich branch. He was very good with my two boys who are super shy. Great service!

The young girl Chloe that helped us today didn’t seem like the other happy to help you staff I’ve dealt with before, there was no hello how can I help, she just said what are you looking for in what size, I said school shoes but unsure on what size my little girl will need now which she said well what size was she last time or do you really want me to measure her! And when I said can you measure her please she sighed while walking away, she brought out 3 pairs of shoes for us to try she while fitting them on she kept talking away from us and had to keep asking her to repeat herself as we just couldn’t hear what she was saying, once we had picked the shoes she said just take them up to the till and left us, I understand that this is a busy time for all your staff but it wasn’t the same lovely experience we’d had before which was a shame

Visited Norwich Riverside branch today for school shoes, along with everyone else! It was predictably very busy, despite this we were welcomed and seen to very quickly. Big shout out to Harley who measured my 2 girls efficiently and brought out a selection of shoes for them to try. He nailed it, they tried on one pair each and loved them (they have very different tastes so this was some kind of wizardry!) and we were on our way! To be honest I was dreading the back to school shoe shopping, but it was pretty painless in the end and I have 2 happy girls- mission accomplished!

This is the second time I have been served by Sue at the Norwich Riverside store. My son chose some light up school shoes which I was initially worried about,however Sue demonstrated they have an off switch so have been a big hit with parents! Fabulous! She was helpful, polite and very efficient as well as clearly having good knowledge of the stores stock.

When getting my SEN child's feet measured, Amie was kind, thoughtful and understanding of her needs and how to ensure that the experience was a positive one in spite of it being a busy shop. Truly excellent service and such a lovely staff member.

Jake was top chap very helpful and good with my daughter and fitting her school shoes under pressure at the Norwich riverside store .
