Jake and the other staff were helping all the way through my shoe fitting, they were also helping with ideas for my school shoes and overall the staff were very helpful and kind throughout my whole time in the shop.

Milly was very helpful and knowledgeable- thank you for a good shopping experience

It was the annual school shoe shop and Caleb at the Norwich riverside store was superb. Lovely with my daughter and thorough with the fitting- superb!

Went to Clarks Norwich Riverside. Great service, we were fitted in smoothly and Rose went to a lot of effort to get the right shoes for us.

We had great help from Milly who brought out several pairs of shoes to try and advised well on fit and support etc. She was very confident too

We booked a shoe fitting for our son. We were looked after by Milly who was very competent and helpful.

Came into Clark’s at Riverside and we were attended to by Milly. Very helpful, addressed all her remarks to my Grandson who was getting new school shoes. Extra helpful, dealt with us in a very friendly but professional manner and put Stanley at ease during a not so interesting task for him !!

I've been coming to this store for many years with both of my children and I have never had better service than Amie today. She was absolutely outstanding, went above and beyond and was incredibly patient, efficient, chatty and had us giggling. My children don't love shopping and she made this experience brilliant for the three of us! Amie is world class at her job and I'm quite honestly blown away by just how incredible she was today! She's made my day - thank you 😊

We were served today by Amie, she was amazing and patient with the kids (one of whom was very indecisive about footwear!)
She explained the process from start to finish, and explained why we needed the bigger width. Love this store as it's out of the city, and the staff have always been amazing! Thank you and see you next Summer!

Today my daughter was measured for new school shoes by Jake. Jake was very polite and super friendly engaging with me and my daughter beautifully to understand our needs.

Visited Norwich Riverside store to buy school shoes for my daughter. We were served by Rose who was very friendly, helpful, and was happy to go and look again for alternative shoes when my daughter was not quite sure. Would recommend and visit again.

Excellent customer service, Rose couldn't do more for myself and my daughter getting her school shoes. My daughter has a high instep and needed shoes that fitted her however she did not like the ones that fitted - Rose worked with me in persuading her to try other styles and was more concerned about the shoes fitting and being suitable.

Thank you to Sue at Norwich Riverside store who incredibly sensitively measured and fitted a lovely couple of pairs of shoes for my mother in law who has reached a tricky stage with Alzheimers. Would definitely recommend

We visited Norwich Riverside store today for school shoes. Great service, very friendly despite being really busy. Thoughtfully brought out a variety of shoes in her size to try on, not just the ones she said she liked, and my daughter ended up choosing a pair he’d brought out instead of what she’d thought. Nice experience.

A great service at Clarks Riverside Norwich served by Chris and Amie. The staff were so nice and helpful making my baby's first shoe fitting a lovely experience.

I was served by Sue - she gave excellent service and advice re pre-walking shoes. She was very patient and cheerful while I sent photos to my daughter and even searched through all of the stock for any footwear with Velcro straps. I would definitely use this store again and would recommend it to others.

Attended the Clarks Norwich Riverside store this week with my disabled Mum who tried of many pairs of shoes owing to her specific needs. Jake the Sales Assistant was outstanding. He was extremely patient, very helpful and we are so grateful to him for making the whole experience less stressful. It’s exactly how customer service should be, but I have to say Jake went over and above for us and his kind, calm approach didn’t go unnoticed. We will definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the store. Well done to all the team!
