We were served by ZACH at the Norwich riverside store, so helpful with my daughters first walking shoes, she actually sat still and he was so friendly and got down to her level, we ended up purchasing two pairs! Then my mother wanted a pair of shoes and again really helpful and great customer service, I would come back just to be served by this lovely young lad, breath of fresh air

Kind and professional
We were served by Chris who was kind, patient and helpful. He sorted shoes for all 3 of our children in a professional way. He took time to ask and remember our kids names and made the whole experience very positive for them. Thank you Chris!

Great Service from Sue!
Popped into the Norwich Riverside Store for some new smart shoes for work. Excellent service by Sue as she took the time to talk through colours with me due to my colour-blindness and even gave the shoes a once over with the polish before I took them away - amazing!
