Was served by a wonderful young man called Fin at Worcester. He was very polite, kind and well informed. Spoke to the children with respect and kindness. Made a usual stressful time of year (school shopping) so much better. Such a great experience in store talking with him and such a great asset to the store. Good luck with your GCSE results and all the best for the future.

Ross was fantastic! Helpful patient and thorough. Both children fund shoe shopping stressful and were happy and calm throughout due to his lovely kind attitude. A credit to the Clarks name

Great experience, helped by Izzy Cox at Worcester branch.

Appointment system for school shoes is a good idea, when we arrived, shop was busy but as we had an appointment both kids got measured straight away by a lovely girl who was new called Izzy Cox. She got them the shoes they wanted, measured them up, got her colleague to double check the shoes fitted ok and we left happy no stress or hanging about.

Attended an appointment for my daughter to be fitted for her first pair of shoes. Izzy was very helpful and friendly, made my daughter feel comfortable. She made sure the shoes chosen fitted her well. Lovely experience :)

We had a really quick and friendly experience in the Worcester Clarks today, we were served by Maddie, who was exceptionally happy and understanding. Great place to get school and formal shoes.

We visited the Worcester Branch today dreading shopping for school shoes. We were served by Ben who was brilliant - he was patient, friendly and made a normally unpleasant job a really pleasant one. He managed a grumpy 13 year old and lively 7 year old very well. Thanks Ben

Lillie from the Worcester store was fantastic today! Very helpful, friendly and engaging with my children and I. I also noticed there was a very supportive and encouraging dynamic between the manager and Lillie which was nice to see. I’d 10000% recommend this store to anyone and will continue to shop at Clark’s for school shoes :)

Excellent service from Lillie at Worcester branch. She greeted us as soon as we walked in and was attentive to my three children. Due to the store not having stock of their sizes, I had to leave the store and order online. Lille is an asset to the store.

The store was bright, clean & displays were tempting. Customer service by Sophie was excellent, she was friendly, knowledgeable & showed me that I can wear orthotics & still be on trend.
I bought two pairs of shoes, one was in the sale so a bargain as well.

Very happy with the service Ben was very good with my little one and she stayed happy throughout the whole measuring and trying different shoes.

The Friendly staff wasn't phased with having to do several checks for different types of shoes for me to try on. The additional return to the stockroom and back to get different sizes was professional and helpful. 10 out of 10 for Ben in his efforts.

I arrived at the Worcester store with my two grandchildren, we needed new shoes for the eldest one. Sophie met us with a smile and got straight down to my gs level talking to him and engaging with him. Unfortunately the littlest one decided that he only wanted to be held and cuddled. Sophie took it all in her stride. We ended up with the shoes we needed and even if Nanny was a little stressed just made the whole thing more than bearable. She is a credit to Clark’s

I visited Worcester Clarks to check out their Sale. Sophie served me and was really helpful, even ordering in a pair of shoes they didn’t have in my size. I hadn’t realised this was possible for Sale items so was really chuffed to know I could benefit from the great discount.
