Despite the shop being very busy, Josh made us feel very welcome and we did not feel like we were rushed through the process! We came away with a fab pair of well fitted trainers. All the team were cheerful and made for a great experience.

Experience in the Worthing shop wasn't the best. The proposed sizing wasn't correct and thr staff wasn't aware and denied that there is discount available for blue light card holders.

I went to Clarks store in Worthing and was served by a man called Leyton. He really helped me get the right shoes.

We were welcomed into store and served by Erin. She was great with my daughter and quickly measured her feet. There wasn't going to be many options due to her narrow fret but Erin got a selection of shoes from the storage room to try on. She was patient whilst we tried them all on and made our decision. A very quick and pleasant experience.

Charlotte came straight over to help us with our daughters first ever shoe fitting and picking her first pair of shoes she was patient whilst my daughter wanted to play and we tried on a fair few pairs! Thankyou !

Sophia, our shoe fitter, listened to our requirements. She was very happy to check if my children’s current shoes still fitted correctly before selling us new ones.

Sophia was very knowledgeable and tried numerous styles with my son until we found a pair that fitted well, were comfortable and allowed room for further growth.

She repeated the whole procedure with my daughter who is very pleased with her new shoes.

Julia was so friendly and helpful she really went out of her way to get what my daughter wanted and spent time properly making sure the shoes fit and were comfortable whilst staying upbeat and friendly and explaining everything throughout.

We went to Clark's in worthing to buy school shoes today, I don't usually leave reviews but the girl who served us "Julia" was so meticulous work her service it made my day. Thanks Julia 🙂

Popped into Clarks, Worthing today without an appointment for a school shoe fitting for my 4 year old granddaughter. This is her first pair of school shoes and we were served by the lovely Julia. She gave us an excellent service and explained every aspect of the fitting from measurement to fitting in great detail.
She was very friendly to her little customer who instantly took to her. Thank you Julia for excellent service. One very happy grandma and granddaughter.

Anna in the Worthing store was fantastic. She helped calm my autistic daughter and engaged her by talking about Bluey and involving her toy whilst helping get sandals on and off. My daughter has sensory issues with her feet and Anna's help meant she saw the experience as a game rather than being stressful. Anna also gave us lots of top tips for checking the fit, and was so helpful going up and down the stairs to fetch many pairs of shoes. She really deserves recognition for this, thank you so much Amna!
