Went into Clarks Worthing branch this morning. They have a good selection of shoes on sale and Rebecca was very helpful.

Sarah was incredibly personable, even when our daughter (nearly 2) was a bit teary, it didn't change her persona or professionalism. She was so helpful in providing a range of shoes for us to look at and was very knowledgeable, giving advice for the right shoes for the stage of our daughter. Our daughter was very happy with her shoes and gave her a big smile and wave as we left.

Wow got my sons first shoes in Worthing today and had my both daughters feet measured after previously being measured wrong from a different store all 3 kids love there new shoes and fit perfectly!

I've just arrived home from my trip to Clarks. Brilliant shopping experience thanks to staff member Anna. Greeted me as soon as I entered the store and proceeded to help me choose a pair of sandals. I have to be careful when purchasing footware due to joint issues. Anna was very understanding and patient whilst I tried on 6 different styles, as well as different sizes and widths. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Thanks to Anna I left the shop extremely happy with my purchase.

I popped into your Worthing store to have a browse. Which I must say is always clean, tidy & have a great choice of styles. Staff are wonderful and helpful, especially Anna. She is an asset to your store, nothing was too much trouble a bright & bubbly lady.

We went to Clarks a couple of weeks ago in search for our daughter's first pair of shoes. This can be a daunting process as there are so many options and we personally did not really know what we were looking for.

We were greeted by Sarah who then ran us through all of the options and answered any and all questions we had. As well as being super helpful for us, she was also brilliant with our little one, which made the process of measuring her feet a lot easier!

We would recommend Clarks and Sarah to anyone, we’ll definitely be back in a couple months time!

Comfortable shoes, reasonable price, Anna was great

Sarah, Maureen and Rebecca were amazing. I arrived with a very sad 2 year old son and left with a very happy boy. They couldn’t do enough for us and were kind, and amazing.
