total scam. bought online and arms were two inches short with a terrible return policy. wanted me to pay $35-$55 to return it. scam

This company is nothing but a racket, sham! They are based out of China. All returns have to go back to China and you pay shipping and all fees associated with the shipment. Basically, you are screwed and the clothing looks nothing like the photos!!!

I ordered polo shirts from Clarkson. They do not fit and the material is horrible. Their return policy is a joke. They charge an arm and a leg to return their clothes. They offer a credit from their store to make you feel better instead of paying the shipping. I would never buy anything from this store.

I received 3 sweaters from what I thought was a US company out of New York. It turns out to be a company in China. The "Hassle Free" return policy is garbage. The consumer has to pay to have it returned to their central location in CHINA. I paid $150 for the 3 sweaters, the cost to send back to China is $100. I wanted to send back because all 3 sizes were different way too small. I ordered Large but the sizes I got ranged from Small to Medium. The material is garbage just like this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! There site needs to be shut down.

This is a scam and this company needs to be shut down. Horrible quality. I ordered an XLG and it is the size of a XSmall. To return they want almost as much as the product cost. This is a total SCAM. Please don't fall for it.

Buyer beware! Clothes shipped from China and seller poses as an American company. Their “hassle free returns” and “30 day money back guarantee” are BS! Ordered a $59 shirt and the sizing was weird. Wanted $25 for return postage. They even offered a new shirt for a few dollars and keep the old one! Facebook and Instagram comments turned off… no wonder. You’ve been warned—DON’T DO IT!

Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered 3 long sleeve polos. The quality was cheap. Nothing close to the picture. I wear XXL and the size that was delivered was maybe a L. Don't trust their 100% money back guarantee. You have to pay shipping and customs fees to ship back to China ($65). Total scam.

Complete garbage product. Scam websites purporting to be from fashion locations around globe but product is poorly made Chinese direct from factory garbage. The returns process is futile (own freight, customs etc..back to China with no guarantee on a positive outcome). Avoid, avoid, avoid!

There should be an option for zero stars! This place is a scam. Bad quality! They are scamming you on the return. Claim customs could cost you anywhere between $25-40. And that they may never receive the return, in which case you do not get ANY money back! This company needs to be shut down.

I ordered a jacket and vest from Clarkson Toronto based on an ad I saw on the Weather Network, which made me think it was legitimate and a perusal of their website, which made me think they were located in Toronto. I soon discovered that the item was being shipped from Shanghai, China. When I got the item the jacket was way too small to wear, even though it was labelled XL. I contacted them to request a refund and received an automated email outlining a very complicated return procedure including payment of additional fees and no guarantee that they would agree to the refund (they specifically said they reserved the right to decline), including photographs, even though the website advertises an unconditional 30 day guarantee. I am now trying to get the payment that was made through my Amazon Mastercard reversed.

Purchase to mens shirts,arrived but they are different fabric one Polyester the other cheep cotton. v nasty quality and nothing like the finish and fit originally displayed. never again

They falsely claim to be a Melbourne based company. The product quality, a shirt, was very low. Hundred percent polyester with poor stitching. When asking for a refund they claim you have to pay $35-$60 for return postage without a guarantee of extra taxes being applied or that the item will actually be delivered. I have asked my bank to refund due to fraudulent transaction.

Purchased a Men's shirt (XXXL) what a complete piece of garage. Was listed as 3XL but was at least a Men's small. BUYER BEWARE! this is a complete scam. Im just more concerned they now have my credit card info.

Total Scam! Product is terrible, fabric is disgusting. The fit is totally all wrong. To return an item, the return cost is more than the cost of the product. You cannot get a hold of them. They claim to be in NYC but, they are from China.

Poor quality! Beware. They give the impression they are from New York but comes from China. The 2 shirts we received had no tags, lousy quality and looks like if you want to return, you have to ship it back to China. Do NOT ORDER FRom THEM!!!

Product was never delivered and so I denied the charges with the credit card company. Filing a complaint was impossible and now they are continually harassing me to pay for something that I did not receive

Beware of these scammers. Like others, I received counterfeit goods that were shipped via the China postal service, were far too small to wear, and had tags haphazardly placed. Like others, I was presented with many hoops to jump through in attempting to return the goods including photographing the goods. When I tried to go through with the return, there were three rounds of communication in which they tried to sell alternative solutions that each involved me sending them more money. I eventually disputed the charged with VISA and after receiving a refund, started receiving threats to turn over the charges for collection.

one star is too much. total scam. cheap quality and no US presence. refund not a possiblity. Lesson learned.

This company is a total scam. Make you believe it’s coming out of Toronto but it’s China. The shoes are a ridulous plastic and there’s zero info for returns. Impossible to find how /where to return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE ONLINE COMPANY !

Purchased two items from these scammers. Despite the claim they are NYC based, my first clue something was wrong when my clothes were being shipped from china. 2 1/2 weeks later a crumpled up bag arrived with the worst quality clothes I have ever seen. Even the size tag was put on upside down. Want a return ?(like they claim they offer) Forget that. Unreasonable and endless requests for things like pictures of goods and then claiming that the return will cost approx $40 plus duties and fees. Pass the word. These are simple chinese crooks. Period.
