Very cheap clothing, doesn’t fit as advertised and they refuse returns even when they’re within their guidelines. Total scam, no US footprint no customer service.

The ads lead you to believe they are a NY City business. I purchased two shirts a size larger. Received two shirts, child size, no labels of any kind. Tried to return but web addresses came back spam. Asked my credit card company to void the transaction which they did. Months later i received a note threatening collection if I didn’t pay back the money or return the goods at my expense. I returned them. They also asked me to pay the customs which Is their charge.

As others have stated total scam and misrepresentation of poorest quality goods ultimately from China. STAY AWAY AND AVOID.

This company is a huge scam. It is from Hong Kong and is really Greatgoodie Ltd not Clarkson Toronto. They have removed their website and there is no way to get your money back. I am so angry that this can happen. They are pulling the scam all over the world.
Their clothes are just cheap crap from China and the sizing is so small. All I can do is donate them and realize it’s a lesson learned.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered five men's long-sleeved polos. The quality is shitty, not anything like they picture on their website. I just learned that the return process is not "one click" easy as they said it was. This company is a total SCAM. The polos are cheap shit poly, and look like crap. I'm waiting on the "forms" to return my order, but I'm not hopeful. It will probably be more expensive than the order itself was. "NYC" my ass! They are in China and you have to pay duties on any returns. DO NOT BUY FROM CLARKSON! I think I just threw away $200.

I don’t trust them

I hate to say I ordered from this place. Saw their ad on facebook; first time I ever ordered anything posted on it. Shirt looks and feels like it came from the bin of a worst products made company. Paid $50; not worth $5, if that. Took 2 weeks to arrive. If you don' like it, you have to return it to a China location and pay the postage and import fees which they say average $40. They also say that returns are subject to their "approval." Don't fall for their slick website.

BEWARE - CLARKSON NYC IS A COMPLETE SCAM

Clarkson NYC is not located in NYC, they are based in China. They advertise a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee which is a blatant lie. The quality of their clothing is crappy and you would be wise to NEVER buy from Clarkson CHINA.

Unbelievably poor quality like cheesecloth. Described as ‘cosy’. After not being able to return it for less than it cost, I tried it on. It’s 2 sizes too small. I’d be embarrassed to donate it to the Salvation Army

Avoid. Super low quality materials. Will try to charge $25-$30 to return an item.

This is a scam company. Poor quality products and return policy designed to disuade returns. Don’t be deceived by their flashy ads. Scan, scam, scam.

Overly priced junk items. Not wearable. The photos on the website of their clothing do not match the product. Return fees make it a big buyer beware lesson. The website email keeps changing. They make it seem like they have a New York City storefront when they do not.

I cancelled my order same day
I cancelled my order same day, after I placed it, and read further online in reviews here that this is a crooked company out of China. I cancelled it, and Clarkson reps in China sent it anyway. I protested in several e-mails and disputed it with my credit card company, and then a rep from Clarkson immediately refunded my money and confirmed that in an e-mail to me. Then, three weeks later, the items that I had cancelled and told not to ship to me were delivered. Then, I started getting e-mails via a PayPal website from a representative of "Johnson Sisters" for Clarkson NYC demanding that I pay them or return the merchandise to China at my expense and pay customs duty or that they'd send me to collections. I told them I was more than willing to send their cheap garbage back to them, and to provide me a return mailing label, which they wouldn't. They kept threatening to send me to collections and these idiots quoted "The Fair Trade Act" and try to sound like they know what they're talking about. This company is horrible, and I hope I save someone reading this the misfortune of dealing with Clarkson NYC.

This product and service is terrible.
The sizes are completely off and after weeks and weeks of back and forth the offered and exchange for $40 return.
The place is a complete joke.

Do not order form here. They should be out of business. It’s a terrible product for Asia.

It’s a scam, don’t buy anything from this place

I am just now reading the reviews as I am two emails deep on my attempt to return two shirts. Quality is terribly bad … poly and no where near the pictures represented. Doubtful I will be able to return but seeking to take this to the next level. Total scam!!!!

I think this is a scam. The shirts they sell are NOT true to size. Plus, it took them nearly 5 weeks to send the shirt. I purchased a shirt in Large. However, the shirts at Clarkson run small. It took Clarkson more than 5 weeks to even send the shirt. I immedicately wrote telling them the shirt did not fit and seeking an excchange. Clarkson refused saying 30 days had passed since the order. Their website does not advise that the sizes run small. I wasted my money and I have a shirt that I cannot wear. They pretend they are from NY, but the delivery first came from China which is the reason for long delay. BTW, the shirt quality is very poor as it is very thin cloth. I recommend you NEVER do business with Clarkson.

Absolute scammers. Returns cost more than the product. They need to be shut down!
