I got scammed. The ads make you think it’s a store in NYC or London. Took over a month for the order to arrive, and its complete garbage - materials and workmanship are awful. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Such a mistake.

This company is out of China; not NYC. I ordered a shirt; it took 4 weeks to arrive. Upon receipt, the material and cut quality were below expectations. I tried to return but hey wanted to charge shipping fees and duty to China. They kept offering alternative return options which included me paying more. What a rip!

I wish I had read the reviews on this scam artist company before buying. The business should be shut down. I ordered a long sleeve polo shirt size XL. I never bought an XL that didn't fit but the shirt i received was a medium at best. I went back and forth with customer service on email. They wanted more money to exchange the shirt and money if I returned the shirt to China. Finally after much back and forth the agreed to send me a 2XL at no charge. The shirt i received had the 2XL label but was the same medium size shirt I had received earlier. It appears to be "one size fits all". All i can say is DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I ordered what appeared to be a high quality outfit. I attempted to return which they told me would cost $40.00.

I would not wear as pajamas. Fabric was flimsy and color was not as advertised.

This is a SCAM! Do not order.

this is a Chinese company operating like they are from USA. they ship from Illinois but will not return there but to China. They have hidden fees they will not disclose and the once they have your return their fees will probably exceed your credit. Their pictures do not represent the actual product. its just cheap. They are just scam!

Unfortunately this is a total scam. The product I received was of extremely poor quality. Didn't fit, shabby product. They did not give us an opportunity to return the item. There wasn't a customer service number to speak to anyone. Impossible to receive any refunds

The worst clothing I have ever ordered. It is a chinese company/ manufacturer acting like a US company. All the shirts didn’t fit. No tags on the cloths. Horrible material. Total scam!

SCAMMERS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS. Fake company selling unlabeled Chinese goods. Bought a shirt: $55. 100% polyester, below Wal-Mart quality. Photos are fake. Returns must go to China. Cost of return more than the item itself. Will not allow comments on website.

Yet another Zero star review. Total junk! If you want to return you need to pay to send it to china. I will literally just burn it, it’s that bad. Clarkson should be ashamed! Pathetic

Poor quality and sizing was incorrect. Their return policy is horrible.

I received my polo. I ordered a large which when I tried it on the sleeves were 4 inches short and the chest was extremely tight. No way it was correctly sized. Plus the material was flimsy and the sewing was poor. The return was refused but they offered a replacement for a fee of $11.50. Complete scam!

I should have researched this company before ordering a sweater from Clarkson Toronto. Complete garbage quality, way over priced. I tried to return the item and they want to charge almost the same amount
I paid for the sweater. They shut the website down and reopened a few days later using a dash in the name. This clearly a scam, a 5.00 shirt selling for 79.00. Do not get caught in the scam, it’s very low quality clothing at a high price.

This is regarding the iteration of the same company called Clarkson Toronto. Mine is the sorry tale repeated over and over by all writers. I thought I was dealing with an honest company but when I wrote to get a return address I realized they had plugged every hole to get compensation. Knowledge is power. I wish I had knowledge of this fraud before submitting my order.

I have just read more testimonials about this company. I ask myself why don’t they just offer a desirable product and save themselves and consumers the heartache?

Terrible company! Very deceptive website, product you will receive looks nothing like the picture on theirb website. Products are made and drop shipped from china> Cheap junk! If you want to return the item, the hoops you must jump through are ridiculous!! It will cost more than you paid for the item to return it. I made the mistake of not reading their return policy before buying. Make sure you read it before you give them any payment!!

Quality is terrible, came weeks after order. They don’t offer free returns even thought it says you can return within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. I am so disappointed. Didn’t realize for $79 I was getting a very cheap too small mother of the bride pants suit. They said they would send me something different for the cost of the shipping. I just want my money back but I guess since they have to send it back to China they want to charge me $40 for that. Wish I had seen more reviews before I ordered.

You are strongly advised to stay away from this company. The clothes are poor quality. The return policy is prohibitively expensive. It has to be returned to China with tariffs. And Customer Service is essentially a circus.

I ordered 2 items size 2XL. I order on line all the time and the fit is usually similar. Clarkson items are too small. They want me to return them to China and the will bill me for freight and customs. CRAZY!! They offered to replace them with similar items but if I can’t get items that fit correctly why would I order a replacement. Don’t buy from them!!!!!!!

This company doesn't deliver on any of their promises.
Return process a nightmare.
Buyers should be very aware of tremendous # of bad reviews!

Cheap products and a terrible return policy.
