This company can not be trusted! They operate under a number of different names (Serfastly), but they are all disreputable. They take your money and send you a different product than you ordered. (I ordered a French Bulldog planter, and they sent me a Pug planter.). They WILL NOT send me the product I ordered and only offer a partial refund to keep the product I did not order! Terrible customer service! Beware!

I bought a kinetic sculpture and have been offered now discounts starting at 10%-40%. They advertised the product as made in the USA but they are Chinese scam artists. After 11 days they still will not give me the return address. They advertise on several sites. Bokter.com and emails from a serfastly.com. Avoid this company at all costs. Products are inferior and you won't get anywhere with Customer service.

I bought the Kinetic wind mill, supposedly hand made in the USA. Came from China. I have asked for a full refund and a prepaid label with a USA address. They again keep telling me to accept % off, I do not want it. Inoperable and a piece of junk. It has been turned over to the Kansas Attorney's General office and my credit card. I demand a full refund, nothing less. I am about to contact the Federal Trade Commission too because this company is a scam, taking people's money and are posting false advertising. Also international and interstate commerce. It is a federal matter.

Totally scamming company. Bought a lamp advertised as a metal tree with gems in the base. The branches are plastic and the bottom is resin. It is even faulty in that the branches do not fit into the base properly. Despite numerous requests for a refund, they will not provide a return address and just keep offering discounts. It does not look like I am going to get my money back, over $50, for something that is faultY, misrepresented and cheap rubbish. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND YOU WILL BE SORELY DISAPPOINTED.

Save yourself the hassle DO NOT try to buy from these scammers. You might get your product if you are lucky but it will not be as advertised and probably faulty. You have zero chance of a refund. Cr@p from China.

Ordered from jinvery but turns out it is Serfastly who sent it out. completely the wrong item. I ordered an advent calendar for my son and got a girlie box with figurines. Sent photos and emails and the best they would offer is 5 face masks as compensation! Don’t buy from them !

I wish you had a zero choice. I was sent a moveable puppy and they sent the wrong one in a package that looks like it was run over by a train.

I have contacted them and exchanged info with them 10 times. I can send it back to China although their company states they are in the UK. Useless.

I bought a universal car armrest with wireless charging pad from Serfastly.com for $62. They advertised that the item was shipped from California. I received a much cheaper item and not what I ordered. When I contacted them, they immediately offered me 10% refund but would not send me the item I originally ordered. I asked for a rreturn address to return the item and get a full refund - the address was in China and not USA. I returned the item and they are now saying that they didnt receive it and won't give me my refund.
This company is definitely a scam company and are operating out of China. Their goods are cheap plastic and will not send what you have ordered and paid for

Have to admit, marketing worked on me. But the products were super cheap and pretty close to garbage. Wrong sizes, broken zippers and overall horrible quality.

Okay that happened but the people working on this brand are drop shipping so they try everything for you to not ship the items back. If this was any other business, they would be so embarrassed but these people are literally trying to steal people's hard earned money by not giving it back for garbage clothing.

This is the type of business that should not be allowed to do business.

The pictures on the website were fantastic! The prices unbeatable! The products were pathetic! I ordered their "Soldier Waterproof Pants" and "Ultimate Tactical Jacket" for a specific, outdoor purpose. The "soldier" pants were skinny-fit and no way were they going to fit nor was any soldier ever to be issued these. The "Ultimate Tactical Jacket" was nothing more than a cheap, rain jacket. Both were, and are still, absolutely worthless! I'll give them credit where it is due and they do respond to emails unlike another Chinese company that also took my money.

I ordered two trousers from these on 24th April 2020.
It's now August 22th 2020 and I still have not got anything from these GANGSTERS.
I emailed them a month ago about my order and the said that it was in a warehouse somewhere that's all I got.
Now I have to go to the trouble of trying to get my money back.

There should be a review for zero for this site. I habe never delt with a company that has zero respect for customer's. Absolutely no customer service. Auto e-mail that solves nothing. Takes months to get what you order after repetitively asking for a refund to be the complete wrong size. A 3x comes made for a large 7foot giant. Disputed with the bank and they give screen shots of the emails they send saying it's on the way. Never once asking for the refund or constantly asking to cancel the order. Horrible company!!! The pandemic is no excuse to take as long as it has taken to get the wrong merchandise and no resolve!

I got my product yesterday, I ordered it on April 13th, took four months to get it, I tried to email them more than three times, anyway I almost forgot about the product, I was very happy when I got it. It is perfect size, good quality product, it is from China.

I paid for a binocular on August 4, 2020 and after that, they keep telling me again and again and again that the package will be shipped as soon as possible without giving any specific date. Today (August 12, 2020) I asked them to cancel my order and told them to refund my money! Now I am waiting to see what happens next!!!
