Do not order from this company. Not a product as advertised. They looked very tactical and wearable on the advertisement, but in reality, they are a bit tight and a bit small. And also... the order took FOUR months to get delivered. Not a satisfied customer.

I Paid for pants on February 2020. They give me a fake shipping number, customer support any single time said "you have to wait cause Its a covid-19 situation going on... "
today is July 1, I have no pants and no money
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This company is very very terrible, i order 2 pants came wrong incorrect size tried to get them replaced and after a few mails i received this from them.

I wish I would have done my research before spending $89 on 4 pair of pants that are JUNK!
1 - The sizes send were incorrect
2 - The pants run EXTREMELY small. These were for adult men, not children!!!!
3 - It took over 2 months to get my order and when customer service was contacted they gave me a tracking order that I had to spend alot of time trying to figure out how to track (Looked like a Fedex number, but was not). You need to use this site: ALL-IN-ONE PACKAGE TRACKING ( wasn't able to add the URL)
4 - The pants are not the quality that was shown/stated in the advertising.
5 - Now I have 4 pair of pants that no one can wear and I'm not even sure I could return these.
Needless to say, I would NEVER, EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Lesson learned...DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST!

I cancelled the order before it was shipped (within the guidelines) and they sent it anyway. Luckily I used a master card, disputed it and my money was refunded. When the shipment arrived, I did not open it; but instead wrote refused on it and took it to the post office. As long as it has not been opened, the post office will return it to them without charge (at least not to the purchaser) Maybe Clayben will be charged.

I ordered some pants in mid April. It is now the end of June and the tracking number has expired. My order is no longer trackable. I still haven't received it. Customer service is no help at all. They just keep saying to be patient and wait for the package. They won't give me a refund and they won't send another one. I asked them if they wouldn't issue me a refund, would they send me another one, this time using a REPUTABLE shipping company instead of the crappy one they use, and got the same response. No help at all. I'll never buy from them again.

Worthless scam company with horrible customer service. Ordered through Instagram. I figured that to be advertised on that platform it would have been properly vetted and trustworthy. Nope! For over months I asked them to send tracking and there was no answer. They Finally sent a fake FedEx tracking number which was... you guessed it... fake.

12 weeks later I received the order. The material is not what is advertised in their videos. I also ordered belts and the quality advertised vs what I received was junk. Be wary of this and any future purchases. The sizes are not true to size or measurements either

I would give no star's but it want let you. Do not I mean do not order from here their pants are small and they will not give you a refund. They will tell you to sell them and you buy some more from them, no thank you. They suck big time. I should have checked the reviews fist before I ordered.

I ordered trousers, which I paid online, but I haven't received my order for 5 months already and neither give my money back nor sending them.

Their customer service is awful. Some Indians are sending me pre-defined emails which doesn't make any sense for me.

They did the same to me. I ordered a remote control jet for $50. They sent me a cheap $4 model jet. Then insulted me with a reply in broken English offering a 5% refund. Scam!

This is the worst company ive ever delt with. Do NOT buy from these people. They sent me the wrong order then tried charging me to ship it back to them which is more money than the product is worth. Then offered me 15% refund. What a cheak a poxy percentage of refund for their mistake. Absolute joke!! Stay well away from this site.

Peice of crap company still waiting for my package and it has been 3 months

Wish I could put NO stars. I ordered a pair of pants on April 20th,and still have not received, I have emailed them so many times, with the same (probably automated) reply to please be patient...ummm seriously??? I'm so mad I ordered from them,and I was not nice in my recent email, telling them I will never order anything from them ever again, but I'm sure they don't care,wonder how much $$ they have made off people like me, total scam!!!

This is the worst company on any global scale to deal with. Same thing, paid for them in March, the one pair I ordered finally arrived June 23rd. Same thing as everyone else, about 4 sizes too small, and I ordered off their size chart. Not just snug, IMPOSSIBLY too small. DONT cause yourself the same nightmare everyone else has. I’m handing them over to FTC as well, as well as disputing the charge with my bank.

Stay far away. Believe these 1 star reviews. I ordered 4 pairs of pants on March 23rd. Their shipping policy says 2-4 weeks. It had been 11 weeks since I placed my order when I asked for a refund on June 7. They keep changing their story. One day they are supposedly able to track it and its on its way, the next days they say IT WAS RETURNED TO THEM and offered me a refund of HALF of what I paid. I said since they have their product back, I want a full refund and suddenly its still on the way to me and I just need to wait a little longer. I'm kicking myself for not checking reviews before ordering. I filed a complaint against them for fraud with the FTC and I reccomend all of their customers do so so the FTC can do something about this company.

Almost 2 months. Still nothing except wait, be patient, wait, wait. There are scam!!!

This company would have you believe they are USA based - UNTRUE! They are based in China and operate through at least two other "shell" companies!
The sizes are way too small and when I emailed them 10 minutes after placing the order to increase the size I got a whole bunch of gobbledegook rubbish as
a response an extract being "Once we receive your invoice ID, we will check the relevant information about the order and offer you a satisfied solution. Hope for your kindly understanding". Several emails later the goods arrived - yup you guessed too small.
More emails followed where I requested a prepaid Returns Note for an exchange. No chance they just ignored me! After even more fruitless emails not once did they bother to answer my questions just more incomprehensible guff and oh how about a 10% discount or maybe give them to a friend or relative as a gift. Unbelievable.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE GARBAGE.

needs to be a -10 star. Horrible company. Ordered April 7 as of June 21 still nothing. They keep telling you to wait, and wait. They try to get you beyond the 3 month point so that your financial institution can't go after them. I got hold of my credit union and got my money back. They are in China which I didnt know when ordering.. Do not order from them
