Package ordered in April, by July I messaged them as the shipping Details had not Updated since April 28. It’s now august and to check order it says “error 404 page not found”. 10/10 would not recommend

I have already written a poor review and wanted to update potential " victims!! After 5 months of fake shipping info and lies they told me today that my item was lost and its only "fair" if I cover half the cost of the item- WTH?? Did I ship out an item they were selling?? Now they are playing the "victim" STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! LIARS & THIEVES- Oh, I forgot to add that I could request the order again for $20 to cover the shipping---SHAMEFUL!!! Anyone interested lets team together and put a stop to this!!!

This is a complete scam. It took months for the pants to arrive. In the video they were rubbing knives on the pants and such. What arrived was cheap thin home-made looking pants that were way too small. They want me to pay $20 to return the pants after they didn't send me what they advertised.

I would put 0 but can't but yeah ordered something back around January still haven't received it and ever time I messaged the customer service they just put we will get back to you sorry for the wait and don't do anything and now it's going on July almost August and still nothing I would not buy from here

I seriously don't understand how this company keeps getting away with what they do i ordered a curling machine an was sent a straighteners nothing like what i ordered
Was then told i could give it to a family member or sell it I'm still in the process of trying to get my money bk
But i can't see this happening after reading these reviews

The same as others. Buy from this company and you will lose your money. I paid 119$ for pants ordered on 4-15-2020. I did receive e-mail from Clayben ..... 24 e-mails yes 24 e-mails to be exact. July 23 and still not received product. Where’s my order😩😩😩

Minus 4 would be more appropriate. Not outright scammers, just smart ones. What you see is not what you get, but you get something, 3-4 months later. When you complain to your credit card company or paypal they can prove you received something. By then you have given up anyway. Can't beat that for a smart idea. By the way, an XXL pair of pants will not fit size 38, and the stretch part is half inch max.

These people are absolute crooks. They advertised an Apple Watch series 5, answered all the questions on Facebook, as soon as I ordered it, a confirmation came which just said ‘smart watch, series 5’ and the Facebook page was deleted.

The product came after four months and it wasn’t an Apple Watch, it was a piece of useless junk.

They kept suggesting I take a 10%, then 20%, then 25%, then 30% refund. I told them 100% or nothing.

I’ve reported the transaction for a chargeback on my card but it’s seriously not worth the hassle.

These people are the lowest of the low, they steal your money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE AR**HOLES

Terrible company. Months to ship, and then I only got a partial order. Customer service continues to ignore me. I’ve filed a claim with PayPal against these frauds. Save your money and your time, don’t buy for Clayben.

I made an order in March and still not receive my merchandise. This outfit Serfastly that handles their complaints just blows me off with: just wait. They say COVID is slowing things down. Says it was shipped on April 7th. At some point you know you have been conned. Seen their ad in Facebook. Will never trust any ad on Facebook again.

F*$k I wish I had seen this before I made that purchase, did not receive merchandise, got no response from the merchant. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered 2 pair of pants in April 2020 and now over 3 months have not received them. I was given tracking information that does not look legit. The customer service business is called Serfastly. I will never buy again from any company not in the US. Our credit card company cannot do anything about a refund until we know the package is lost????
What a mess. Don't trust any seller you cant hold accountable by USA standards.

You don't even get a star. Ridiculous. Sizes are way too small can't return without paying what you paid for them to get them there. And you can't get your money back.. Please don't fall for it

Exact same experience. Terrible company. Pants also too small and poor workmanship. Holes in the pockets before even wearing them. I could ship them back to China if I wanted and pay the shipping. Which isn’t worth the cost of the pants even though they were pretty expensive. It’s a Total take your money and F you experience. They have no business being in business.

after 2 months ,i got my 2 pants,for my surprise the size was fine 5xl,but the quality is miserable,poor quality materials....the seams are for laughs...nothing to do with what they advertise on their site.never buy again from these bums

Clayben people are crooks, they took my credit card money 3 months ago and I got no merchandise, and no response from them, i lost my 59 dollars but all i ask is for people not to deal with Clayben at all, please don't.

I guess I should have read reviews before ordering.
Waited over 2 months for 2 pairs of pants to arrive.
When they finally did one of these was the wrong size. They had packed an M pair in an XL bag.
All attempts to contact them were met with stubborn ignorance that suggested I was at fault. Sure they were willing to replace as long as I paid them more. They even suggested that many other customers were happy with their service.
Never again.

Do not order from this company, been waiting 3 months, order came to my city , they did not bother to call and now the order has been sent back . order is sitting in the next province for a month. Company has not bothered to contact me back.

Disgusting company, ordered 2x 20ft light bars for my sons room.NOT what I recieved .... i recieved 2x 1meter battery operated lights something that looks like from a pound shop. I paid £40 for these lights and even after numerous emails I've gotten nowhere... all I get is i can ship them back at my expense $20 or give them to friends... this company is a shambles and definitely wouldn't order from them again. Please do your homework before ordering from them. I've got a case going with PayPal hoping I can get my money back that way.... 😡😡
