I wish I looked here before ordering. I ordered a pair of said pants over a month ago. Still have yet to receive a receipt in my email. The only thing I have to prove my purchase is the charge to my account. Who wants to group up and file lawsuits for false advertisement and bury this company.

Their sizes are wrong so the pants don't fit. And while they'll take returns, they make sure to point out that return shipping, which they don't pay, is around $20.

They're terrible

This site is a scam as others have reported. You do not receive the pant pictured. They are a poor, totally nonstretch fabric. The sizing is crazy small. Only a 3 inch section of back waist bands gives any flexibility but no stretch in butt or thighs makes them impossible to move in. The company “lost” my order to begin with. After a 2 month wait, I reached out to the email address where I was asked to provide proof of order and payment, which I gave. They then sent the order. When I inquired about returning the order (2pairs) I was told I would have to pay $20 shipping and said their response was “ don’t bother” as it would be months before I would get a response. After back and forth emails, the offer went from 10% refund to 25% with me keeping the pants. Then they lowered shipping to $10 and a replacement of the items with the same shoddy, useless pant. I went to my credit card company who, after investigating the company, gave me a full refund. That’s my story. I hope you don’t have to write your own. Oh yes, In all my communications with this company, it was ended with “ we want you to leave a very positive review on our website”. No way!

Terrible They offer you a percentage of your money back, do not buy. You people are crap. Go and eat a bat !

I wish I read the reviews first.
I ordered 2 pairs of tactical pants, for a total of $79. When they arrived they didn't fit - the waist size was correct, but the thighs were WAY too small - and I'm an average size guy. I couldn't even get them on!

I emailed the company (based in China) for a return & refund. Here's their reply (obviously from China):

"We are very regret to hear that the unit can't meet your expectation.
All pants were inspected by quality team before shipping and the size of our pants are match with the size chart on our store.
While according to our substantial experience, it will cost you more than 20USD for shipping the product back to us, and customers need to be responsible for the returning shipping fee. If you really don't want to keep it, you could send it to your friends or family as a gift or sell it to someone who like it.
We still lilke to provide you good service, in this case, we would like to offer you 10% refund to you for the product to satisfied you, hope you could accept it."

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What kind of pathetic "customer service" is THIS?"

I went back and forth several times trying to rectify the problem. They first offered a 15% refund, and then their final offer of a 25% refund.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING - EVER - FROM THIS COMPANY.
They are clearly liars (insofar as they claim to want "to provide you good service" and give anything but).

If there are other sites that rate this company please let me know. The world needs to know about them!

Ordered a pair of clayben tactical jeans.
It took over a month to receive, ordered one size bigger. The pants are 2 sizes to small. Couldnt button them the button hole was sewn toghether. Contacted clayben the said it would cost me more to return them than what i paid for them.

Paid 40 dollars US currency.
I will never make a purchase from their again. Shoulnt of even rated a one star

I honestly wish I read others' reviews prior to purchasing 2 pairs of their pants. I, too, would give them a "0" stars if I could! The pants do not match the sizing they provide. My husband has a waistline of 31 so I ordered a 'Small' since according to their sizing chart, Small fits 30' - 32'. He couldn't even get it to close!
When I tried contacting their customer service (which is only through email), they originally asked that I provide them pictures of the shipping label and the product. I provided them as asked and even stated that I would even take an exchange for a bigger size. Instead, their answer was:
"Dear customer,

Thanks for your support and concern on our store.

We are very sorry to hear that the goods you received can not meet your satisfaction. While according to our substantial experience, it will cost you more than 20USD for shipping the product back to us, and customers need to be responsible for the returning shipping fee. If you really don't want to keep it, you could send it to your friends or family as a gift or sell it to someone who like it."

REALLY??!! When I responded asking about a refund, their answer was:

"Dear Customer,

Thanks for your reply.

We are sorry to hear that you are not willing to accept what we proposed. In this situation, we would like to offer you below two proporsals:
1) Send back the products and need to be responsible for the shipping fee more than 20USD.
2) Or we can offer you 10% of the product value as refund.

UNBELIEVABLE!! This is terrible customer service.

These are the worst parents ever I bought them for my husband and The sizing is so far off they don’t even fit me. When I open them out of the package there are threads hanging off of them everywhere the fabric is not the fabric they advertise and when I asked to return them they told me I could only return it for 15% of the purchase which is not what their return policy states at all. Please don’t waste your time or your money buying this item

HORRIBLE!! Pants were not consistent with sizing chart...WAY TOO SMALL AND MATERIAL IS CHEAP!
Tried to return and get a refund. They’re trying to offer me a very small percentage of what I paid for it and told me I’d have to pay shipping. There is no contact phone number just an email address. Very unprofessional

Terrible company!! Product is not as advertised on their fb page, cheaply made pants that are way way way too small. There is no money back guarantee and company will not accept returns.

I want to thank all who took the time to review your product experience on this forum. I was a heartbeat away from submitting an order for 4 pair of pants and decided to just do a quick search for Clayben and I am glad I did. Needless to say I did not process my order.

I would give zero if I could. He company is in China. I was told my pants were in customs when I inquired on not receiving them, although I had a shipment notification. I ordered pants 2 sizes larger than what I wear since I was using them as a shell for over my mountain bike shorts. I finally received the pants and could barely button them. Supper tight. When I inquired on the return policy I was told that I would have to pay up to $20 to ship them back, and the return shipping as well. The truth is I like the pants, but want to exchange for a larger size. I was told I should keep the pants and sell myself, or give to a friend as a gift. Wow!

What is the customer service hot line and how can I speak to someone? Did anyone order any bags or work boots and shoes? Please lmk how the quality

I would not recommend buying from this company. As most said it took forever to receive the order. Once I got the pants (which were marked correctly with the size I wanted) they did not fit. They were way too small. They requested pictures which I sent and would only give me a 20% refund. They would not let me send them back saying it would cost too much. The quality of the pants was cheap too. Donating to them Goodwill.

I did not have any problem with my order other than it took forever to get here. Probably about 5 weeks. I was surprised the order came from China but realised I really shouldnt be surprised. The quality upon arrival seems good. The Shorts seemed good and sized appropriately.. The material was as expected. The legs on the pant are a bit tight at the knees and there is no give in the material so I am not happy about that. My legs are a little thicker than average but not massive. The zipper quality could be better so time will tell. I think the product matched the price. Anytime you buy a so called bargain you better be ready to get something less than perfect...but still hope it's perfect. Everyone should chill and be realistic...just dont buy from them again...but you dont have to go crazy on the company...btw most things are made in China..wakeup..

My advice is never to do business with this online company. If this had a minus star option I would put -5 stars. I ordered some trousers which never arrived, the tracking number provide to me did not work. I contacted them and was informed the items had been returned to sender as I had missed three delivery attempts to my house. I never received a calling card or anything, my cctv showed no delivery attempts made. The company offered to refund me half the money less shipping costs as they thought that was fair. I disagreed so they offered to send out the item again to which I agreed, again it never arrived.
They gave me a Yodel tracking number and asked me to contact them as I could collect. Yodel had no parcel and said the tracking number did not exist. Contact with this company again stated item had been returned to them again. I just went around in circles with these people , numerous emails, each time they were saying the same thing they thought they were at a loss so they would refund half the money . The item comes from China and the operatives simply don’t understand what they are doing or saying. The left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing. This emailing went on for weeks, in the end I have agreed a refund minus their original shipping costs just so I can end the nightmare. Avoid at all costs or live to regret it.

Garbage. Order was wrong and the pants were far FAR to small and of terrible quality.

I'd give it no stars if I could. This companies idea of customer service is the WORST. The pants are not sized correctly and they do not have any stretch at all as advertised. Before purchasing I did see there was a "100% money back guarantee". I message them the DAY I received the pants and have been going back and forth with them for well over a week. They CLAIM that it costs $20 to ship back but they will not provide a shipping address to allow you to verify this information. They have also tried to offer 15-20% discount (on what? They think someone will order more falsely advertised items from them EVER again?). Even paying shipping I would get more than 60% back on my purchase (although I see people saying they did not get their refund.) This company is a complete joke. They aren't reading the messages sent to them, they are only responding with this will cost you 20USD and we can give you a discount. I've asked for the shipping address 3 times now. The comments on their post were that they were a UK company. Also lies, the shipping came from China. Be forewarned. Do NOT purchased anything from this company.

still no order after 2 weeks, ad says made and shipping in uk which they are not. No way of tracking even though they send you a tracking number. I have requested a full refund and will be taking this to trading standards. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
