still waiting for my pants 45 days later...I e mail they feed me BS

I'm furious. I ordered a pair of hiking pants and never even received the product. There's no phone number to contact, and after I sent inquiring emails I got no response. This is literally theft. If you read this, DO NOT order from this company.

Clayben ships from China when you place your order. My order took a month and a half to get here.

Pants are inflexible, my thighs are restricted.

They are scam artists ! They take your money and NEVER SEND THE PRODUCT !
I have sent numerous emails since you cannot call

I ordered the product over a month ago and never received a thing !
They never answer a single email and there is no telephone number !

I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN and NEITHER SHOULD YOU !

A terrible company to do business with. The sizes have nothing to do with reality and the quality of the product is terrible. the customer service is non existent and there is basically no return policy. When i asked to return the product and get a different size was told to give it to a friend or try to resale it! they just seem to collect money with little regard for customer service. Companies like Instagram should stop providing a platform for Clayben to falsely advertise their terrible products and cheat people of their money.

Placed a order with these people, they size was wrong on order, email they had was not these people are I was being
Given the run around, the tracking number was invalid, I called my credit card co and a stop place on paying them
The credit card company said it was a scam they would take care of it.
I think I stopped them in time so they did not get paid

I have two order from them but I need cancel one and they charge me 5% and they cancel wrong order and I talk to them they don’t give me any answer look like they don’t care about us

Well I will apologize for these slick rip off artist, the companies that support this product is who I am speaking of. Unfortunately I was sucked into this scam, but it was a different company called Docoshop. I had and have had the same problem as all these unfortunate people. I started in February, I failed to read the reviews, bad mistake, the pants arrived POORLY assembled, cheap material, and wrong size!!! Have been trying to get my money back, get the same run around, they tell you to send them back, take pictures of product send
along with a copy of shipping label, to where I don't know, because they will not give you an address or a contact #, to reach them, could be a shed in China which it appears to be.I truly wish all those who have and unfortunately that will have any dealings with them, the very best. It looks like the only way to stop them is DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THEM !!!!!!. I personally am out $100,hope no one else is. Please report them to whom ever it takes to take them out of business. Best wishes to those who have dealings with them.

I’ve been waiting for mine for close to a month. The tracking number they gave me does not work. I did email them and they said my package was in China which I do not understand when they text me from an Arizona phone number saying my package was shipped. I just emailed them for a refund.

Very bad, ordered size larger as recommended, came with waist about 6 inches too small, one leg was skin tight the other was baggy, they are scrap, don't be conned like me, these are rubbish

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! The FedEx tracking number they gave us was invalid and when I tried to look for a customer service number they conveniently don't have one so I had to send an email. They responded to my inquiry about the order saying to give them three days for them to contact me back so that they can resolve the issue and a week later I still heard nothing from them.

I ordered a pair of these tactical pants. They were the wrong size so I asked to return them for a refund or exchange. This company can do neither of those things. Told me to keep the pants and they would refund me 10% of the price of the pants. I argued that I would require a full refund. They said that was impossible and they would give me 25% refund. I got tired of the going back and forth so I agreed. Now for some reason they cannot find my invoice number or my email address even though they have been emailing me for the past 3 weeks concerning my order. I will never do business with this outfit again and I suggest others steer clear of them also. Very bad business sense!!!

Wow. Almost bought them cause they were on sale for $30 a pair... said USA made and shipped... but judging by these comments its some Indian pos scam yet again. So glad I searched reviews before giving them my payment. Saved me over $100. Thanks!

I wanted to give no stars but it would not let me. I placed an order and within hours contacted them by email (the only way you can contact them) to cancel. They wanted to know why & I told them. They then wanted me to be more clear. This went on for days - them asking & me responding. They then said I would be charged a restocking fee and maybe I would like to get the order & they would throw in a free gift. I told them per their website full refund is issued if cancellation is requested before the item ships. Lo & behold hours later I get an email that the item has shipped. I have turned the issue over to PayPal and maybe they can get my money back.

Put me in the sucker category. I have made a purchase and didn't do my research first. I made the purchase less then and hour ago and I have emailed the "customer service department and asked to cancel order within 20 minutes of making a purchase. I have also reported them to my bank for fraud and Hopefully they will get my money back because I have the feeling after reading these that they will ship my "order" and then not give me a refund.

I asked where the clothing was manufactured. I was told in broken English to go to the store to find the information. WHAT STORE?!? I'm fed up with the complete lack of customer service. This is Customer NO Service!

I have been trying to cancel the order for the past week. They keep delaying, giving me the run around and now the items shipped? Weird how al the sudden the items shipped with a false Fedex shipping after I've been fighting with them to get my money back.

It's a scam. Do not buy! They take money and do not send product! And respond by giving incorrect information. RUN!!!!!!

I ordered 2 pairs same size, different colors. Received the black one with right size, the green one was way too small. I asked for refund of the wrong one and I'm more than happy to return the wrong one but they wanted me to pay for shipping cost. Since this was not my fault but they kept asking me to pay for the cost. After many times giving them a chance, I have to write this comment. This is the first and the last time I order from them. Very poor service. If they think they can treat the customer like this then just do it. I want my money back in full and that's it.
