I order jeans received email said shipped by ups never showed up. Ups said they are to busy to track them. They have payment, still no pants 10 weeks later.

Don’t order from this company. It a scam. They give fake tracking numbers and order #. I waited over 2 months and never get the stuff I order. I call and email but never get any response

fake fake fake. Its been over a month now ordered 3 pants and a belt for my husband and never received the order or a correct tracking number. I should've done research before hand.

Not really happy with my experience so far. I don't blame Clayben totally as I did not do any research before ordering. I placed my order on 4/3/20. I expected it to arrive in 2 weeks not because the site said it would but that's about normal. On 4/22/20, I tried to track the package but received an "invalid number" from FedEx. This was the number on my order confirmation which said FedEx right beside it. I contacted Clayben by email and received an immediate response saying:
Dear customer,
Thanks for your support and concern on our store.
The unit has been shipped out. And the current tracking information is intransit, pls kindly waiting for some more days before the tracking status updated.
It always takes 15-20 working days to arrive after shipping. Please keep in touch with your phone so that you could receive the package on time. If any inconvenience caused to you, please understand.please search your tracking number on this website https://t.17track.net/
Very sorry for all the inconvenience caused and hope for your understanding.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

I have used this new tracking site and as of 4/27/20, the package is " In customs clearance".
I think the lesson here is to buy local!

Worse company ever ordered from. I, also, ordered from them via advertisement on game. It has been 6 weeks and still waiting for delivery. Tracking number is fake. Multiple email responses asking to be patient and never give me what I asked for, A TRACKING NUMBER. We should all report this company and even consider a Class Lawsuit.

This co is a pc of crap. I ordered 2 pairs of pants I wanted to send back. I should of. It would of cost me less. I pd $59.99 and they gave me $5.99. Don’t order from here. It’s from London. They don’t want to refund your money. It took a month to get the pants then they don’t want you to send them back. I did not agree to $ 5.99 back. That’s ridiculous. I’m out of $54. Now. Ripoffs

Fake. You will lose money. I am currently talking with lawyer to sue.

Scam fake tracking numbers and yes they will give you the run around I still have not received my purchase its been over a month and a half.

They are a FAKE COMPANY, they stole my money. I purchased 2 pairs of pants and the belt. They gave me a fake FEDEX tracking number. They're located in the UNITED KINGDOM. I made a mistake ordering this from playing those games on the cell phone. I hope you read this first before ordering! Shiat!

Ordered XL tactical pants and they arrived in about six weeks. Quality seemed good but sizing way off. Fit more like a Medium. They basically wouldn't own up to their mistake and wanted me to pay $20 to ship them back.
Would not recommend doing business with them.

Ordered products, never received, run around on email, complete scam, tracking numbers are fake.

Complete scam and will not refund or accept returns. They just keep sending you emails offering a discount they will not give you. Products are garbage too.

Don't waste time and money, the fedex tracking numbers are fake, it has been 20 days since my items "shipped" but I can't even get a tracking number, I think this is a scam,

Terrible conpany. Most definitely a scam. Have been awaiting my order for over a month. Its impossible to contact them so its all via email.. i heard of clayben through Instagram. They should investigate every buissness on Instagram and put a stop to these sham companies. It's a joke. Instagram should refund us all. Their making money from the companies advertising on there site

Fraud! Do not trust fraudsters. Faulty /wrong sizes products. This company will be investigated as we are reporting of their fraudulent activities. All trousers are wrongly sized and no any refunds.

Wish I could give this company 0 stars, or so called company, probably just a single individual that couldn’t be reputable if they tried! Thief would be what I would call this person! And trash! Just like their product! Do not order from this company EVER! No exceptions! Worst experience ever even dealing with Pay pal to get me my money back. This clown does whatever he could to make you keep damaged goods that aren’t even close to what they described them as. STAY AWAY!

Don't accept the % they will offer you. They start at 10 then 15, 20 and their final and best offer was 30%. I told them I would let PayPal deal with them and they cam up to 50%. Whilst not ideal I would have been stuck with posting them back to China so that is the best I could hope for.

Save yourself the hassle and just avoid or just burn your money.

No pants! Scam alert!!!!!! IDo not order from this company.
