If I could I would give zero stars. My son purchased two pair of pants and the tracking numbers are invalid and they won’t respond to any email communications. No way to get in touch and demand the refund even though product never shipped and they say full refund if product never shipped.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. I bought a pair for my husband over a month ago. The tracking # I received was invalid. I sent the company an email asking for more information on my order but they were no help. I am disgusted and sad. Thank God I only ordered one pair.

So after almost 2 months I finally recieved my order of 4 tactical pants (shipped to netherlands) wich cost almost 100 euro. The quality of these pants is BAD!! Its cheap and crappy. The sizes are way off. Way to small. My buddy and me measured and ordered according the table provided by the seller. PostNL marked this package as AliExpress order. So I suspect this person behind Clayben simply uses your order, to then order himself from AliExpress. That would also explain the 2 months delivery time. Needless to say, don't buy from this piece of sh**

Customer service is seriously bad. Product was ordered over 1.5 months ago and still haven't received my items

Product was never received. Come to find out the products come from China. This not a company you want to deal with.

They get a 1 star because I can't give 0. Took money and never delivered product. Do NOT order from this place. I have requested a refund multiple times and nothing. Take your money and order from another ligit company.

Complete fraud. I ordered two pants back in April 2020. I have not received the pants and the emails I do get when they choose to respond are please allow 15–20 days. It’s been twice that and nothing. When I check the tracking number it shows up as in customs clearance on 4/23/2020. This company is a scam.

TOTAL SCAM. I purchased and paid for a pair of tactical pants that never arrived. The company (???) conned PayPal into believing the package was shipped by showing a jpeg of a flight schedule within China. Stay away from this company. You're all but guaranteed to lose money.

Should be no stars! I ordered four pair of pants, and paid for 3-5 days shipping, and never received my package. Stole $140 from me. Now sending emails saying I never ordered anything.

I ordered two pairs of pants and two belts for my husband for his birthday gift! We never did receive it and the FedEx tracking number is invalid. I lost $100.78. I'm so angry and heart broken! My husband did not get a gift from me for his birthday. How could anyone be so evil! I need my money back! We don't have much much to just throw away!

My prayer is that people will make their way here before actually spending money with this fake company. It has been 5.5 weeks since I ordered and still no product with the same excuses from the company about receiving my order. Already way past the timeline they gave me and have now filed a dispute with Paypal. Wish I had seen these reviews, which all mirror my dispute, before ordering.

Placed an order on 5/08 - received "tracking" information which comes up as INVALID!! i reached out to their customer service email and there has been ZERO response. I want to demand a refund but who knows how long it will take to get ahold of someone. This is extremely unprofessional and once we get this order, we will NEVER order from them again!

I gave a 1 star rating only because i couldn't find a lower one. I did get my pants i ordered. Only thing was there were 6 sizes smaller than what i ordered. I was told i could send them back at my expence. The other option they gave me was to give them away as a gift.

What an absolute joke of a company, I cannot believe any reputable social media site would allow this company to advertise on there site. My order never arrived when I emailed the company was told it was being held at my local post office, only then to be told it had been returned to sender. Emailed there customer services to be told I can only get half of my money back, as the order is know lost. Please dont order anything from this company.

! Total scam , I ordered pants for my guy and received a tracking number . All looked legit until over a month went by and I tried to track where they were . Fake tracking number . I contacted them and received the same email I see others got from them . A generic one they sent to everyone when they don’t receive what they paid for ! Now trying to figure out how to get my money back!

Order pants is been more than a month and noting do any of you know how can I dispute my money back? It will be a great help
