Do not buy! I ordered April 15th and have been given the run around on where my items are! I should not have to track my packages location via customs let along find customs phone number myself!I am in the process of demanding a refund we will see how that goes! 105.00 down the drain scam artist at its best mother...f.,.ers

Just had the four pairs I ordered delivered. Cheap nylon crap. Facebook should do something about these scammers.

After paying extra for expedited shipping I was excited to finally hear my package arrived 4 months later, I got a small cheap bag of low quality gloves and pants that you can rip with a paper clip.

Made out of 65% polyester and the rest cotton
These are cheapest over priced pants iv ever purchased. They are supposed to be tough, cut proof and rugged with padding in knees, none of that is even remotely close, also the cheesy armoured gloves squeeze my Knuckles to much and are very uncomfortable. They also rip easily.
My cheap pair of Levi's are thicker and stronger!

My father bought a pair of pants a month ago and has not received them. He also received a faulty fedex tracking number. Do not buy from these scammers!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM CLAYBEN, I placed an order on April 10th and still have not received! They only respond by saying the order is in transit. Of course they already have my money. Lesson learned, do not by anything from them!!!!!! I wouldn’t have even given one star but that’s the only way you can leave a review. More than annoyed!!!!

It is now June 3rd having ordered an item from these cowboys on May1st. No sign of my order, other than a half assed email from a Kiki advising patience. Impression that I am ordering from an American website. Details received regarding highlight origin in China.
I have now seen that I am not alone. Steer clear of this lot.

14th June follow up. Following a few emails I received an email with a tracking number. This turned out to be fake. Another email from me a week or more later. I received a different tracking number with details of order progression. At this stage pants has visited that many depots I think a mule is delivering. Another week gone by and no sign.
In the meantime since placing an order a crew have gone to the ISS orbiting Earth. They will make it back to Earth before my pants. Time for PayPal to step in!

Please be very weary placing an order, while it looks like the company is UK based they are in fact based in China. I tried to return my order as it is not suitable and the postage cost is over 50% the order value. It took me around a week to get a return address during witch time they offered me a refund of between 5% and 25%. No matter how I work it i will be left out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

Not even worth one star if you ask me. Same as everyone else on here. Ordered 2 pairs of pants. have not arrived. I have emailed numerous times and keep getting the same reply. Have asked for a refund, same reply back. Asked to escalate ...... haven't heard back. Anyone have another email for these scammers??? phone number????

Manifold bolts were not covered by the warranty. This was an issue that the factory knew about but would not correct. Seeing that a bolt is not a main component it was not covered. However if the bolt had broken and the manifold needed replacing it would have covered it.

They promise quality but the product you get is a cheap ripoff. They drop-ship straight from AliExpress or something similar.

I bought 2 pants on April 26th and never received it. Keep away of Clayben. May 29th.

Well just as the rest I bought 4 pairs of pants from then back end of March and have never received them and when I ask about them they have been shipped.

Not good to do people this way. Karma will come back on them.

Ordered two pairs of tactical pants paid $68 got nothing i ordered them 7 weeks ago I got nothing but an email with a fake tracking number for fedex

My review is like the others here. Ordered a pair first week of April and today is May 26 and no pants. Well, that's China for ya, brought to you by a Yahoo commercial. But they have responded to my 6 Emails that I sent looking for tracking numbers. All replies were the same "please allow 15-25 days transit" and the last Email reply, "hung up in US Customs".

This site is a scam, bought a pair on 4/5/2020 and never received my order. Ever time i would email them they would come up with that they could find my order, and most emails they wouldn’t respond. Finally i call my bank and my back was able to get me a refund today (5-26-2020)
