I have never gotten my items

I have never gotten my items. Not can I get ahold of them to get my money back. They only have an email and no way to reach them other than that. Can I give them -100 because that’s what I’d give them. -100 stars!!!!

Sizes are way off, customer service none existent

Sizes are way off. Can't say how good the quality is.
Have tried and tried to get through to customer service with nothing but automated response.
PayPal have been useless so I'm waiting on my credit card for help to get a refund .
Do not go near these with a barge pole!

TOTAL SCAM!!! NEVER GOT MY ITEMS!

I never received my order (spend a lot of $$$ for my husband). I reached out the customer service email (service @ serfastly . com) and NEVER heard back from them. Extremely angry that I did not see this prior to buying. I hope this company gets shut down.

SCAM! STAY AWAY

I’m in the same boat as most. Paid for fast shipping and nothing.....nothing....nothing. Then I finally got an email reply to the 3 I sent asking for my refund. Said things are back ordered please be patient. Sent another saying keep your order I want a refund like your policy states you will do. Same reply from them ignoring my refund request. A whirlwind of lies and deception. Letting my card fraud dept deal with these clowns. STAY AWAY from these guys!!!!

RIPOFF ALERT!
I wish I had seen these horrible reviews before ordering. They certainly are tricky with the great advertisement. My first red flag was the paypal money didn't go to Clayben, but went to a Michael Tim. Then they sent me a FAKE FedEx number and told me I had to download an app of theirs to track it properly. NOT! They now claim it was delivered. It hasn't been. It was ordered a month ago. Going through protection at Paypal and I hope they shut them down! What a waste of time and aggrevation.

Where do I send the pants to? What is the address? I know, how about accepting a compromise of me sending your sh!$back to you so you can give me 100 f$@king percent of my money? I have stated multiple times now that I wish to send the pants back for a FULL refund. I will pay the money to ship them back. Where do I send them to, and how long will it take to receive my refund? I will be contacting my credit card company next. You have my money and I have no usable product. That is fraudulent.

I am not accepting any percentage other than 100 percent refund. Where do I send the bad product to? And when will I receive my refund? You could have made things right by shipping me the right US Mens size 34 and paid for my return shipping of the wrong size pants, but since you didn’t I am done discussing this and would like my money back. Yes I know it will cost me $20USD to ship it, but I will be damned if I am going to keep the wrong product and eat 80 percent of my money. This is not customer service!! I in good faith paid you for goods that are not right. Do what’s right and refund my money.

To bad you can not give negative stars. I wish my wife had checked reviews prior to ordering these pieces of garbage. Must admit they do have great ads for their tactical pants but they are very flimsy poor quality and at least three sizes to small. Even if the waist measurements were correct, Twiggy would have difficulty getting her legs in. They try to bribe you to accept minor refunds and get you to believe that it's worth keeping because return shipping is at least $20. Funny there is another company running virtually the same ad the says 100% satisfaction guaranty don't believe them. Next step credit card charge back and get PayPal to quit doing business with them.

Absolutely horrible!!!!!!!! This company is a sham!!!! I thought with their "Last chance for 80% off", it wouldn't be bad to try them out for the work i do. This was in September of 2019. It took over a month to get the order. When I finally did get them, they were a lot cheaper and much thinner material that I was expecting. Similar to the wind suits from the early to mid 1990's. The tags on both the jacket and pants said they were the sizes I ordered (ordered based on the size chart on their website), however, when I tried them on, they were 3 or more sizes to small. I emailed the company about a return, and for 2 months I battled with them. Every email I received stated I was responsible for the return shipping cost and it would cost me "over 20USD". My response to each email was asking for the return address so I can send the items back for a full refund. Still to this day, they have not given me the address. They offered me a refund of 5%, and each email after, the refund offer went up %5 until they stopped at a total of $23. That was the "best they could offer". This was a refund of less than 30%. I highly recommend NOT ordering anything from this company! Even with 80% off!

Here I am in the same predicament as everyone else on here. Much like the trend: over a month in shipping, sizing is off, is NOT the pair of pants I ordered. After about 10 emails of "send us pictures".. "you shipping will be over $20 how about a 10% refund?"...."15%?'.."20%?"....This is the worst purchase I've ever made. I found 3 emails tied to this company that I emailed about a return/refund and all with the same automated replies. Going to see how far I can get with them. This is just ridiculous to say the least.

Size is NOT Accurate!

I received my order of pants. They appear to be well made, but they are no where near the size they are supposed to be! WAY too small!

They must get a lot of complaints. The pants came with a card with specific info on complaints and refunds...

I have reached out to Clayben through the email they sent with the pants. We will see what happens. I expect I'm screwed.

Read these reviews before you buy

Wish I would have read these reviews. My product is already supposedly shipped. The tracking number for fedex says duplicate and needs more info when I use the link they sent me to track product. I went directly on the FedEx site to track it and it said Tracking number invalid. I'm assuming I will never receive the product and I'm game to team up with people to sue and bury this " company"

Warning!!!!!!!!! Every bad review on this site is absolutely correct. Pre written emails when asking for a return. Pants are super cheaply made and are not true to size. Their customer service sucks. Worst online purchase I've ever made. Wish I came here first.
