Jay has just completed re-roofing our conservatory roof and replacing the exterior door. He made an excellent job in spite of the awful weather. The conservatory now looks amazing and is so much brighter inside.

Good product, good workmanship, awful customer service from the office. No apology for failing to adhere to their own terms and conditions.
I had a new flat roof and some brick weave work. Both jobs done well with products that look good. Expensive, but stand your ground and the price comes down a long way from their first quote.
I then ordered a third job, loft renovation, but decided on reflection to cancel (well within the required 14 days). T’s & C’s state they will issue a refund of the deposit paid not later than 14 days after cancellation. After 2 chasers in fact they did not even date their refund cheque until 24 days after cancellation and it was sent with no word of apology for the delay. Not even when I emailed to confirm receipt and suggested an apology, just out of courtesy, was in order did I get one.
I’d also agreed for the 2 jobs I did have completed that Clean & Coat could have an advertising board for 8 weeks. After 10 weeks it is in position. Again, despite 2 requests to ask C&C when they intend to collect it, I have had no reply. I have now told them that if it is not collected in 7 days I’ll destroy it. What a waste.

Would definitely recommend them - they did a very professional job cleaning the roof which now looks like new. They always arrived on time and at the end of the day left everything tidy and clean.

They did a treated coat on the exterior of the house. (Threw in a cleaned patio too!) Really good job with minimum fuss, looks lovely, and friendly guys!

We had our roof cleaned and coated and could not be more happy with the result. Originally the roof was completely covered with moss etc and when the job was completed it looked amazing like a new roof. The care and attention to detail was first class. Dave was hardworking, helpful and friendly, as was Daniel his assistant. Tidying up afterwards and putting in all the little touches which made the finished result perfect. We have recently had a new warm roof put on our kitchen/diner extension and this was followed by a glass roof for our conservatory. I can categorically say that a first class job was done on both. The work was 1st class and this was all down to Jay the fitter who worked like a Trojan. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a perfect job. Thank you C&C and thank you Jay.

Ardi and Alex have just finished cleaning and coating my roof. It looks fantastic. Ardi worked really hard to make sure everything was right. A little bit of repointing was done and all the gutters and fascia cleaned. They cleared up as they went along and left the property neat and tidy when they had finished. A great job, well done lads.

Just had our chalet bungalow roof cleaned and coated. Very good service and very pleased with the result. Special mention for Ardi, he worked like a Trojan in boiling temperature on Saturday.....he is a top bloke and brilliant at his job.

Just had our bungalow texture coated then painted. A great job, no problems. Some other driveway work done in this area, all look good. Very friendly staff and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

We recently had our house and garage roof cleaned and coated by friendly and efficient, Dave and Matty…. An excellent job !
The cleaning was done in very heavy rain all day until late , the coating done in roasting hot sun with no complaints and to an excellent standard. Nothing we asked of them was too much trouble and our property was left in a clean and tidy manner. We are more than pleased with the result ! Michael &. Anita.

A professional and friendly company from sale through to installation. Installation was tidy and to a high standard. Would recommend/use again.

David and Matty have just finished cleaning and coating our roof. It is a terrace house with a steep roof (covered in moss) which makes access difficult. They did a wonderful job, clearing up all the cleaning mess and applying 2 coats of sealant in extremely hot weather. They were professional, polite and did excellent work.

They recently cleaned my roof before I had my solar panels installed (another company), was very happy with the finish and would consider using on other house projects in the future
