I have just had my bricked drive renovated by Clean and Coat. The work was carried out very promptly and to my great satisfaction. I could see and appreciate how much work goes into this kind of renovation and the result exceeds my expectations!

They jsut sprayed my windows, changing them from white to gray & am very happy with them

Recently had conservatory roof and some windows completed on property. Very impressed with the job the fitters and the company. Due to covid was delays with supply's so took longer than expected but communication good and finish excellent many thanks

ANGLIA ROOFING SOLUTIONS CLEANED AND TREATED MY ROOF IN 2015. THEY ARE NO LONGER TRADING. CLEAN AND COAT HAVE SOMEHOW MANAGED TO OBTAIN A LIST OF ALL THEIR OLD CUSTOMERS.THEIR SALESMAN CAME AND SAID THAT THE TREATMENT WAS INFERIOR AND THE ROOF NEEDS TO BE RETREATED. HE WAS VERY CONVINCING AND I PAID THE DEPOSIT. DUE TO OTHER COMMITMENTS I CANCELLED THIS OPERATION 2 WEEKS LATER. I PAID THE DEPOSIT BY CREDIT CARD BUT IT TOOK OVER A MONTH AND NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO GET MY MONET BACK. IN THE MEANTIME I SPOKE TO THEIR SURVEYER WHO CAME AND INSPECTED THE ROOF AND HE SAID IT DID NOT NEED RETREATING. BUT HE ONLY TOLD ME THIS AFTER I ASKED FOR MY MONET BACK.

We have recently had the tiled roof of our chalet bungalow cleaned of 30+ years of moss and dirt, followed by a chemical treatment and finished off with 2 coats of paint, which has made the roof look like new. Excellent work by Arde and his colleagues, who were pleasant, communicated well and efficient in their work. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We have just had our roof cleaned and coated, and the fascias, soffits, gutters and downpipes replaced. What a fantastic job! The whole team were excellent, on time,
conscientious, showing attention to detail and leaving the place spotless. Our house looks like new and to say we are delighted would be an understatement.

Earlier in the year we had our roof cleaned and coated by Clean & Coat Ltd we were very happy with the job. When we decided to have our loft insulated we got the same Company in. Dave & Adrian {a polite & professional pair of installers} finished the loft this afternoon very much to our satisfaction. All the staff have been polite and made no false promises. We would definitely recommend the Company

We had our bungalow roof cleaned and coated in 2016. Well where do I start??? There was some mess afterwards, but 4 years down the line, guess what?? The roof is green again and we have had to unblock the gutters!!!! We'll today C and C phoned us to offer vouchers for further work I presume as I cut the lady off short and told her of our problem. Wait for it, because the work was carried out by Norfolk windows, a firm they have bought out apparently, the guarantee is VOID!!! Seriously you couldn't make it up!! So we wasted £ 2K, the roof is getting greener by the day, no guarantee and they expect us to have more work done by them. There was an offer to call and clean the roof again, at a discounted rate. The C and C lady then went on to say that there were others in our situation, isn't that comforting!! If C and C did the work, it is up to them to carry out the work, if they use sub contractors, they should be competent. In conclusion, we wish we had never heard of them. To expect us to have the work done again and we have to pay!!! The C and C lady is going to look into this and wait for it, phone us back!!! Do yourself a massive favour, don't even go there, as we really wished we hadn't!!!

Reported to Trading Standards.
Credit card company's investigation completed - a painfully slow process but got there in the end.
Absolutely no communication from Clean & Coat.
Re the first job by Clean & Coat (roof clean and coat), on the basis of which we gave Clean & Coat this patio and drive order; paint is now flaking off the roof ends after less than one year! - separate review to be raised.

Our experience would suggest; If you are foolish enough to pay money to these people but wise enough to pay using a credit card you will need; a copy of letter sent to Clean and Coat stating that you want them to refund your money to the card and stating exactly what is wrong with the goods/services provided. Plus a letter/report from a professional in the field, signed and on headed paper, stating what is wrong with the goods/service provided. Then sit on your hands and wait for the credit card company do their stuff.

Heading for 10 months since we placed our order with Clean&Coat. During the 58 working days between order placement and cancellation, Clean&Coat were on site for less than 2 full working days, leaving the patio in an unusable and unsafe condition.

In July 2020 Clean&Coat cleaned and coated our bungalow roof. On the basis of this experience we placed an order, 20th July, for replacing an existing patio in our back garden - with hind sight we should have asked more questions; re damp course, weed-proof membranes, seeing real examples of previous work rather than just a few photos. We did however confirm that the patio could be completed prior to our granddaughter's planned visit in August.
Suffice it to say our experience has not been good. Clean&Coat took up the existing, serviceable, patio and did some limited prep - and then informed us that due to Covid there was a lack of availability re slabs. The limited prep also raised concerns with regard to Clean&Coat's competence.
Unfortunately '1' is the lowest rating allowed by the system. Some other reviewers indicate a better experience but this is certainly not our experience and we would not recommend this company.

My conservatory has been transformed by the installation of a new roof. My thanks to Andrew and the other guys on the team who carried out the work so efficiently and carefully, in spite of working in searing temperatures!
There have been many positive comments from friends and neighbours. I am thrilled with the result.

My roof was completed December 2019 but had such a downpour it washed the coating off in places. Communication has been very poor as no one gets back to you. Today (1st July 2020) by chance Gerard turns up to say it could be done today. I agreed and it looks so much better. (There is some patches at the back of the property that have not been coated). I would be grateful if these could be looked at. Only noticed this after they had gone ...typical, but the gazebo hindered the view a bit on this side of the roof. The guys were friendly and cleaned off existing spray on windows,doors and guttering which was not cleaned off back in dec 2019. Not my best experience that's why only 4 stars. Today 2/7/2020 looking at the roof I can see the coating colour is different to the original colour. I did query this at the time but was told it was the same colour. The original colour was a dark grey and what was put on yesterday is rustic red hence it looks patchy. Can also see repairs that should have been done on ridge cement not done. I despair 😥.

my grandparents recently had a great experience with their flat roofing. They were extremely efficient and quick despite the current pandemic. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

We have to express our thanks to David and Adrian for an excellent roof renovation which has received positive comment from the neighbours. The work was carried out in 3 stages, the initial cleaning, application of anti-moss treatment then coated with Renotec some weeks later. It certainly improves the appearance of the property. A job well done - thank you.

We were very impressed with the finished product. On the two occasions that the operatives came out they impressed us with their attitude to the job; they were very professional in carrying out the work. We were particularly impressed on how they cleaned up afterwards. When undertaking the cleaning our neighbours were affected but they made sure that our neighbours were satisfied with their efforts in cleaning up. We wpould recommend the company.

Clean and Coat quoted a fair price for our roof cleaning & hydrophobic coating last year. They cleaned all the moss away expertly - it was a filthy job but the workmen used ground sheeting & cleaned up well afterwards. This was autumn 2019. The coating can only be applied in warm & dry conditions so was due in March / April but was delayed until May due to Covid.
The coating was applied expertly yesterday & today by David & Adrian with great attention to detail & with a really good clean up & a fabulous looking result which I am really happy with. I can recommend this company & their workmanship. A*.
