Collection review
We've always had great experiences with this firm. Lovely people and service from the office and team previously.
This might have been a one-off with a very annoyed and grumpy member of staff, who was collecting books and bags from a clearout etc from my disabled dad. I think they had forgotten to book the parking space which added some pressure. My sister was very upset about it.

JUST FABULOUS!!
I found this company browsing on the net as I wanted my cellar cleared. I had thirty years worth of junk down there. My initial telephone conversation was with a very polite, friendly, helpful and professional person. A date was arranged. Two young men turned up on time, cleared my cellar within two hours and left it empty,clean and tidy. Unfortunately they were very dusty and dirty when they left with big smiles.They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them. THANK YOU ALL - Frankie.

Extremely helpful and efficient
Rufus came round to look at everything first. He was very helpful and organised the clearance and move extremely well. The guys that did the moving were efficient and worked hard. They made a difficult situaition of clearing a family home into a well run solution. Thank you.

Prompt, cheerful and efficient service.
I called Clearance Solutions to carry out an entire house clearance. We needed to do it in two parts and on each occasion a team of two guys cleared the contents quickly and carefully, disposing of rubbish appropriately and moving furniture to be reused to another address. They overcame obstacles, and there were quite a few, cheerfully and efficiently.
When contacting the office, Catherine, the administrator, was patient and helpful.
I'd definitely recommend Clearance Solutions.
