Instructions were clear and concise, downloaded app without a glitch. Transfer of data was literally one button again no problems. Seems to be working as advertised.

I gave it a one because I’m not allowed to give a minus number. The telephone number they give for warranty is a number to a credit union. There is no real way to get support. I’ve tried repeatedly and followed directions but nothing works. Complete waste of money!

I got the device at Christmas and initially had problems getting it to work on my phone. It work
ed on my wifes though. There are different apps on Playstore to use so I tried another one and all was well. I used it to colour a black and white photo and it was brilliant. Looking forward to correcting/changing other photos.

Easy to use and can do two phones. Successfully backed up pictures and contacts. Then I transferred to my laptop as well.

Clickfree is so easy to use to back everything on your phone. I have an android & it worked perfectly. Also using the AI feature is great for helping restore some of my old pictures. Great purchase!

The usb won't recognize on my phone by android or the app. Couldn't even use the service. Obvious poor quality

Love the clickfree backup as its so intuitive and easy to use. My phone has A1 (but my ipad doesnt!) so I haven't used clickfree AI tools yet but looking forward to using the free 200 credits I had with my Clickfree - haven't worked out how to load them yet!

I bought this last Christmas and downloaded by phone. It's October and I went to download my phone again and there is absolutely NOTHING on the Clickfree - not a single picture. Seems like a scam and waste of money!

I've tried to get app to accept my details and it has been absolutely crap and just won't work don't waste your money

The Clickfree Ultra is an excellent device! It worked seamlessly with my Samsung Android phone, making the process incredibly easy. My photos downloaded quickly and effortlessly, saving me time and hassle.

Purchased this as a way of backing up my phone rather than being reliant on the cloud. This has been a game changer being able to store my pics & backing up my phone. I’ve even scanned in some old family photos successfully and saved them rather than being locked away in a cupboard.

I called Support to ask about this, but they said there was not a way to sort the photos - they are ALL assigned the date that you use the device to back them up. So, with 10k+ photos on my device, spanning 10 years, it's akin to just picking up neatly stacked and sorted piles of photos, tossing them in the air, and then putting them in random, jumbled mess. How will I find something when I'm looking for it? I mean, I usually have a rough idea of where they are, but with this, I'll never find anything. Kinda useless. Great if you're absolutely out of space, I guess, and HAVE to remove photos from your phone. But... ugh. I'd rather just sign into my iCloud account and download them from there. At least that way I can put them into folders where they make sense.

Loving The clickfree had it for about two weeks and still learning. Can't wait for more updates to make the app even better I have stored lots of pictures and videos.the AI part is a little glitch but what app doesn't have it problem keep up the good work and can't wait to see what's in the next update I would definitely recommend it to back up to the pictures and videos you love.

Initially (about 6 months ago) it worked but slowly stopped working. To start with, it would take several attempts to recognise the device when it used to connect straight away, then it would take ages to download photos when it used to download very quick. Then one day it just refused to work. I tried and tried and it kept asking me to download the app although I had obviously done it already. I thought OK I will refresh the app, but the “new” app looks completely different and is asking me to register although I had registered months ago. I am reluctant to return it for a refund as it did work before and might still have my photos in it. It feels like a con. What a waste of time and money.

Could not get the app onto my android phone. Even my 17 year old savey tech grandson could not get it to work. Have returned to QVC.

It's quick easy to use and worth every penny had mine as a gift wouldn't be without it

The Clickfree Ultra works great. It was so easy to use with my Android Samsung phone. Photos were downloaded quickly.

Clickfree no longer trading but another company is still making Clickfree.. On trying to use it it would not recognise the clickfree gadget was plugged in so it is less than useless. One Red star as do not buy QVC have no more left anyway so Im getting a refund ??

I bought this as a extra Christmas present for my wife, but having watched how easy it was to use on the QVC UK channel, I bought one for myself.
Very easy to use, from downloaded the app to gathering all your photo's in one place.
Also registration is easy as well
